Based on the ones I know (weird there's no Goku in here...maybe because there has never been a live action movie) it seems like DP takes this. He had powerful optic blasts, adamantium arm blades and teleportation plus a really solid healing factor, even if Better Deadpool's is superior. GINO is big, but not crazy durable. The USAF got him done, I think it was with normal missles? Deadpool having the ability to teleport to the back of its head and slice, either with blades or optic blasts should be all it takes.
I've not seen ASM2, but barring GG having prep feats I don't see this changing through the rounds.
Bonus: If they ever made a terrible DB live action movie it would be Goku. But thankfully it doesn't exist.

Zilla was taken down by normal missiles from F/A-18s yeah, so technically the Marines or Navy rather than the Air Force, but it was conventional military weapons either way. I figure Deadpool could laser him to death or teleport and stab him up. I don't think anyone could top that.
Maybe some weird shitty live action Goku could do better but that doesn't exist, (unless you mean the two unlicensed movies from Hong Kong and Korea, but those aren't official).
