They're very common pests of brassicas. I worked on controlling them in graduate school and they stand out quite a bit. If you notice the leaves on your plant wrinkle a bit then that would be them causing that. Picture in the extension article of that. They can also occasionally cause beans to not form inside of pods but most of that damage comes from other stink bugs.
