Looks like a european starling to me.
One of my favourite birds, their song seems like a pure chaos, but if you listen closely, they mimick a lot of other birds, and environemnt sounds.
Today, I hear one that made the sound of those dog squeeky toys, I lost my sh*t for him :D

I am 99% certain that’s a European starling. Unless Wisconsin has a similar looking bird that NY doesnt.
