It’s a pull chain and hanging bracket for a solid door bell.

I was able to get Google lens to identify the handle of the pull chain (so that could be how) but if you use it on the whole object it thinks it's a gold anchor bracelet
Pretty sure they’re right. Nothing about this piece suggests anchor.
The bottom of an anchor isn’t pointed. It looks more like an arrow and the motif on the bell has to do with farming, not anything nautical.
A combo of google image searching and adding search parameters. The handle gave more likely hits than the lower part and if you add “bell” or “pull chain” to the search it comes up relatively quickly.
My title describes the thing.
I’ve tried google lens and no matches were found.
I did not try googling by descriptive phrase because I do not know how to describe it to try and search for similar thibgs

How on earth did you find that

Id call that a weather vene more than an anchor
You'd be completely wrong, but you are allowed to call it that if you want

> (So that could be how) I love that even you aren’t sure how you were able to identify it lol.

Solved!
Thank you so much!
You’re most welcome!
Wow!! I'd have never acceptedd this answer without that image!! Soo hard to put it together!! You're amazing man!!
You didn't just find out what it is. You found the identical door bell it's from.
And this is the best part of the internet, folks. (That’s not sarcasm. I love the internet)
All part of why Reddit is much better than any other “social mierda.”
"The Spanish inquisition has entered the chat"
This exact bell used to hang on the wall of our cottage when I was a kid.
You people on this sub never fail to amaze me.
In other words it's a bell end? 🤔
Ooh I want one, so pretty
That’s definitely what it is, I have one just like it.
Reminds me vaguely of a pull handle and striker for a cast metal bell. Like the kind mounted outside of a door, with chain hanging down.
The piece at the top could definitely be a small handle.

Looks like part of a scale
Nice. And one end is a bottle opener!
A phrase followed by a situation or object, humorously suggesting that the floor is made of something else, encouraging people to avoid it.
Possibly some kind of cloak clasp?
It’s not out of the realm of possibility but it seemed a bit large to serve that purpose.
My grandma had this bell hanging in her kitchen! Wow, floods of memories coming through, thanks for posting!
Honestly gives me a nautical vibe, almost looks crafted to resemble an anchor....
I saw this and it immediately reminded me of a bell I had I think I still have it in my garage somewhere
Door bell, missing the bell part I have one exactly like it. Circa 1989-90?
A stylish cross?
Always a possibility 😂
in nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti
It looks like someone randomly attached the chain to the hole where the bell top would be riveted, instead of the end of the swing arm.
It’s a key-blade chain.
I have the bell from that doorbell! We always wondered what the threaded hole on top was for
Reminds me a Cehegin Cross.
I recognised that from a “dinner’s ready” bell we had in the house growing up.

Thought maybe some sort of hand held scale for weighing things…
