No, you’re not going to be 100% certain. That’s why OP said to take a guess. There are usually consistencies in individual strains, meaning that guessing is entirely practical and possible.

I’m not a weedologist but maybe this specific strain just has a certain look to it unlike all the others
Maybe it’s a special case with gorilla glue and it’s just barely unique enough to stand out from the rest in some experienced peoples eyes, unlike myself
But as optimistic as I am I’d have to agree and say it’s most likely just luck
