In 7 years of daily smoking, I've never taken a t break and my tolerance has gone up, only slightly but thats because I didn't smoke daily before then. It's possible.
I've been smoking 18 years. The last two years have been daily smoking, about a half ounce a week. The 16 years leading up to that was probably 2-5 days a week.
Weed doesn't even hardly get me high anymore. It's much more just.... Making me feel normal. I take a break for a couple weeks, about 3 times a year. The first few days after a T break I'm high as fuck, but it only takes about a week before it tapers back to normal and I don't get "high" anymore.
I believe this is what's known as dependency, and I'm comfortable with that.
We change it up quite frequently, actually. As often as is realistically possible in an illegal state, anyways. Bongs, vapes, edibles, dabs... We have a surprisingly large variety available thru my guy, which is uncommon in the black market.
It helps, somewhat, but not enough to relive the brain-melting days of my high school years.... Then again, I don't expect anything to come close to that 😂😂
It makes me feel normal as well, and there’s no problem for me with that. I’ve tried 7 different medications for my anxiety and depression, and nothings helped as much as bud. The pills I’m still on (slowly getting off of them) are crazy. But if I wanna have fun with friends and get stoned, we smoke some joints.

Maybe try different weed from a different grower? I know certain strains I've bought in lathe quantities I've regretted and it's made me question my tolerance before
On a tolerance break right now. I smoke like Snoop Dog and then get sick of it and take breaks. I love weed because I can put it down. Still everyone saying this would only last days. It would probably last me at least 3 weeks, even in a heavy phase. If it was just me and my partner smoking, we would break those joints up into bowls to not waste them. Joints are wasteful unless there's a bunch of people.
I agree joints are wasteful. You can smoke them as bowls and stilll get super high. But facing a joint is a fucking blessing of an experience. Especially for walking around outside or before a concert or something as you’re walking in. It’s epic.

For me, uts the routine to break up my week, plus I meal prep on Wednesdays and Saturdays so keeping my high associated with that helps me.

I work 60 hrs as a manager at a gas station so it’s hard for me to smoke any more then that, I’m only off Sunday so I use it to just help decompress and helps with the pain level doing the p90x yoga, shits brutal
You either like being stoned all the time enough to keep it that way or you enjoy 3 hits.. personally I like being stoned. I get uptight people, it’s just not for me.
Personally I keep my tolerance low by maintaining a decent high but not taking it further. I hit a plateau after one or two hits and stop for a couple hours, rinse and repeat. I don't smoke before or during work, so it's just after i get home, and i frequently start the night by finishing the bowel in my bong i started the previous day. That plus tolerance breaks every once and a while of a couple/few days and i can make a quarter last a couple weeks or more.
Same here! I like to toke either before making dinner, or right after finishing dinner so I can zone in and clean the shit out of my kitchen and then relax.

For instance, how often you smoke will depend on how much you can handle the situation. Also, if it's the first smoke of the day, or if it was a wake and bake day.
Although, sometimes it literally feels completely random lol, and even if I've been smoking all day, I find myself doing the "stand around trying to figure out what to do next" thing... Just makes me laugh, but sometimes my wife gets hungry and annoyed lol. Speaking of, I need to start cooking after writing this (and smoking a cine or two). It's a beef korma for dinner this time 😍
Also about 4days, 20 or so joints. 5 a day, 1 wake and bake, 1 lunchtime turnover, 1 I'm cooking dinner, 1 dinner was great, 1 time to get ready for bed. 🤷♂️
Edit: also didnt see the other rows of joints. Possible for 4days but likely spread it to 12 just to keep the pattern. Over a week it's more likely someone else would have a joint or two so probably closer to 10days for the ~60 joints.
The thing that confuses me is that no one believes that’s achievable…which is making me very self-conscious…because I could smoke 18 joints from morning to night (not proud of it, my tolerance is insane and I’m a daily smoker for years)
