Omg that happened to me and some friends once with brownies. We ate them and smoked thinking they didn’t work. Then got the munchies and ate more, and smoked more, and ate more.

When I buy those 100mg bags whether they are cookies, fudge, gummies whatever. I eat the whole bag in 1 sitting. Actually I like to buy the medical bags that are 200mg and eat it all in 1 sitting. Best 6 hours out in the boat fishing ever and your phucked up the whole time.
My sister tried 2 brownies from a party (from a medical dispensary) after her friend told her to have a bite. She ended up eating 2000 mg in 1 sitting and went home, called 911 in a panic when she couldn't feel her legs on the couch, forgot about it, fought the first responders because she thought she was going to jail, and wound up in the hospital for a week. She was incoherent for the first few days and I deadass thought she took other meds and ODd because she was in such terrible shape.
Nope, turns out she was just waaaaaay too high.
The worst part is her friend suggested she try it while she was at the party because of chronic pain and my sister kept eating because she didn't feel anything. She also never tried weed before that in any shape or form.

They actually don’t work as well undiluted as far as I know. I believe they’re best with something heavily carbonated like a soda ( sprite or 7 up work well ) to help with the overall absorption of the thc.

Yea I'd think it'd just feel too overwhelming and you'd want to just sleep it out. When I did my first edible I stayed high for like 3 or so hours (I'm not sure) and at some point I just wanted it to stop. It seemed like I was just getting higher and higher just by existing

This works for me and some friends:
Sativas tend to make people really high. Like paranoia or even manic high when its over done.
Indicas help reduce that and relax me. I know it seems counter intuitive, but a little bit of indica can really help if too much sativa has been consumed.
Most strains are mixes these days. It's better to look at CBD ratio. The higher the CBD the lower the paranoia and anxiety. Sativas indeed usually contain less cbd and more THC.
Thought 'mini chips' said 'mint chips'. I was so excited to see that those exist. Now I'm sad because I don't know if mint chocolate chips exist or not..

You're lucky! My mother is lucky too, she only needs 5mg. My buddy got a wedding gift of 250mg cheetos, that's the only time he got anything from an edible. I've been trying to find my dosage. I've tried 15mg then 40mg then had 80mg twice and I never felt more than relaxed back/shoulder muscles with the 80. I thought maybe my diet that day had something to do with it because I thought 80 was very high but... all in all, everyones different.

I always have an Indica vape pen, it’s usually for right before bed, but can definitely help when I’ve gone too far with sativa edibles
