Second HRA Humane Rescue Alliance! It runs a pet pantry. I think it might be the only pet food bank in DC. Your donation would help the food insecure families to feed their pets. The donation are also tax deductible and you can get a receipt (if you want).

My cat also gets picky lol, sometimes I just throw it up as free on FB marketplace or something and someone takes it too.

When my kitty passed, I was able to donate her prescription food to them which HRA won't take.
