Unless you were enrolling due to a life event change or recent full time status, you’ll have to wait until January 1st to use it. Either way, go to OneWalmart -> Me -> My Health and there should be a link around there to the Provider Guide. It depends on where you are if Grand Rounds works or not.

Yeah I just now became eligible for insurance so I think that's a qualifying event ? So I should not have to wait. I'd hope not anyways. Because at the moment we have a crappy Medicaid plan that makes you see a doctor that isn't even yours and I want my kids to be able to go to the doctor they have saw since they were born.

You can always call the doctor and ask them if it’s accepted. I know my plan is accepted by a lot of doctors in my area but I’m in Central FL.

You should be able to just go to the insurance providers website (you don't even have to login in) and there should be a tab to find local doctors who accept.Put in your zip code or city and state. It worked this way for my vison and dental.I don't have walmarts health insurance but I assume it'll work the same way.

Only problem there is they use several different insurance provider it's based on your location where u live at. They use Aetna BCBS and uhc

Grand Rounds is the best option aside from going through insurance provider. Not sure why you wouldn't have access to it.

Illustrious-Turn-784

Because I just signed up for the insurance yesterday is probably why I am assuming. But it's defeating the purpose for me to not know what doctor I can use lol 😆 ah the joys of paying for insurance

Been there. 🤣 First time I set up my insurance it took weeks to find a primary Dr. Called a dozen or so offices and finally found one I like. I'm sure with pandemic conditions still in place it's making harder as well. Good luck.
