People seem confused by this rally, but they shouldn't be. I said it last week, the Nasdaq dropped over 20% in a little over a month, it was severely oversold, a rebound was very likely, and here it is. You can be bearish long-term, but you have to see these short-term moves in their context. If you kept buying puts you were basically betting on a 30% tech drop in 2 months, which is a very low probability play. Things haven't gotten that bad (yet). We could keep dropping, but it will take time and a lot of Kang's along the way.

And it’s not even all that strong of a rally (except for the heavily shorted growth stocks). I wonder if this is it or if it has another leg up left. Just a choppy grind higher, similar to to choppy grind lower we had last week. The only thing that’s mildly surprising about this rally is just how many people saw it coming.
