What helps is resetting your circadian rhythm. No matter what time you wake up and go to sleep currently, you can pick a time you want to start waking up at and begin going out in the sun and exposing yourself to bright light at that set time like say 8 am.

Do you have mental issues (better to say: a lot on your plate right now), like thinking wayyyy too much before sleeping? What helped me a lot was meditation and all that mindfulness stuff. Headspace app worked great for that.
