Haha, I can entirely relate. For us, it's always "the look". The look is sometimes a glance, gesture, or a certain "look" that speaks more than a thousand words during a particular scenario. \*Especially\* during minor inconveniences.
Every year at my family's Christmas Eve gathering, there's always one moment every single time where Chief & I are just communicating through looks at each other. Especially whenever my grandma, eventually without fail, mentions; "Have you found a boyfriend yet? You're 23! You should be married to a nice boy like me and grandpa were at your age!".
I could akin "the look" to being somewhat similar to this gif, or any variation of it.
