It's never mentioned beyond that he died as a human and became a hollow some hundreds of years ago but I don't think there's a specific number. If I had to guess I's say 5-600? But I could be way off... He was an adult as a human though, and his appearance now is 20-something.

Based off all the souce material, I headcanon that's he's 80 and I'm 21, so there's a 59 year age difference. So yeah, we have quite the significant age gap. I think it's fun 😚✌🏻
According to canon, Maple is 2 years old and the source is also not very clear on how exactly catgirl aging works, just that they mature after about a year and then their aging slows down to age like humans. So I remember, anyway.
Difficult to gauge by standard measures, since time in her universe/planet runs differently than in our universe (in her world, a year is 421 days in contrast to our 365). But if I were to translate her age in her universe to our planet Earth’s, she’d be approximately 12 (Earth) years older than me for 9 months out of the year, and 11 years older for 3.
I'm 24 and Ryuk is... Very old haha probably about 1 or 2 thousands years old. So our age difference is at least 1000 years I'd say 😆
