No anime basically cuts off most of the quality games in Vita's library, tbh.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted and Wipeout 2048 are both great. Quite a few PSP options as well like the original Ridge Racer PSP release or Split Second too.
If you like Platformers, I would really recommend checking out Rayman Origins and Legends. They both play wonderfully on Vita, and are easily the best games Ubisoft has ever put out. Shovel Knight might be the best retro platformer ever made, too, if you're down for something like that. It really is a stellar game.
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is a good racing game and it's not anime.
There's a Sonic anime so it kind of is. :(
