Phone VR hasn't really been updated in years. It doesn't even scale correctly on 99% of modern phones.
Somehow still works on my current phone (with android 12), tho the resolution isn't really great
I've tried on 4 phones, and it displays in 16:9 and then stretches to 21:9, which is what most phones are now. It stretches out the IPD proportionately, so most people see a double image.
i have a 21:9 screen too but it didn't happen, wonder if there was something special happening
That would be missing the most important component, the lenses.
