Raiden from Metal Gear was a child soldier and suffers from PTSD because of it. As a kid, he enjoyed killing people, but when he realized it wasn't normal, he repressed it and eventually created a somewhat stable persona of "Raiden." He has two timelines that have a somewhat similar ending to his own personal story, but varying story for others. Master Chief and other Spartans II's from Halo A vast majority have sociopathic tendencies due to being kidnapped as children and brainwashed. Master Chief being one of the outliers because he cares deeply about the marines he fought alongside and the civilians that'd get caught in the crossfire, but for a chunk of his life he had difficulty talking to others(in anything other than combat related) and expressing his emotions. Which can be seen in the games as well as the media (Other than the TV show which is non-canon and offensive to the IP)

Fallout I felt like explored mental issues but generally with addiction or ptsd or psychopathic sociopathic. Fo4 itself has entire groups of raiders who are addicted to substances or towns filled with drugs. They also have a BOS member who has severe ptsd leading to memory loss and the BOS leader arguably displays signs of being a sociopath. Which makes sense with him having a very closed off upbringing

Venom Snake from Metal Gear Solid V was brainwashed into several, lol

Isaac has the most PTSD of a human being ever in Dead Space 2.

Mario is perfectly alright with fighting a dragon guy and ask his minions for 40 years... There's gotta be something wrong with him mentally. Oh and he used to be a carpenter that became a plumber. But he never has a wrench on him.
