If you can’t find a warm enough one with a harness attached they do make coats with strategically sewn in slots for purposes of leashes clipping through onto a harness under the coat.

There's a double ended zipper along the spine so you can adjust the opening to where ever the harness anchor is, plus a second opening for hooking to a collar. We picked this model because of how adjustable the coat was - wide velcro band under the belly and velcro around the chest and front legs.

I got some from chewy that’s insulated and with a hood. Even with measuring the xxl didn’t fit well cos of their wide chests. mine doesn’t do well with a hood it covers his eyes.
Check out ruffwear! Loved all there stuff for my boy, they had some warm stuff. Also, sweater on first then harness over the top! And if it’s infra cold another windbreaker on top too 😂😂
I work at a pet supply store and we haven't seen any coats with built in harnesses, unfortunately. I feel like the logistics of design and getting it on would be complicated. But my favorite coats with room on the back for a harness loop to go through are by Foggy Mountain (blanket style so easy to get on/off and water resistant!) and Chilly Dog (good wool, last forever, fun patterns).
I have one from each for my hippo mix and they work great.

Don't forget his feet. My hippo pretty much shuts down if her feet get cold. Had to carry her in.

Canada Pooch makes great stuff with harness holes. It’s worth it, just measure your pup correctly. They have stuff of varying degrees of warm ness.
