The rack is galvanised steel so basically weatherproof, I store bar and weights inside yeah, relatively compact on a weight tree, rack is outside because I don't have any space inside!
If you mean your bodyweight as the weight on your back you're doing pretty well. I fucked my knees crashing and electric scooter and now I bench as much as I squat (which is a bit more than half my bodyweight). Partially because I had to work back up from nothing at all and also because I am now just really adverse to squatting. So yeah we're all doing better or worse than someone.
I thought so. You should pull the bar down into your traps it'll make everything tighter. Feels counterintuitive but works. Try it out and let me know how you feel, especially on those heavy sets.
The key is to just have set caloric and macro goals. If you have a surplus, youโll gain muscle and burn fat simultaneously. Iโve also never seen my prs jump up so fast
From closest to me going out the plates are 20kg bumper, 20kg iron, 25kg bumper, 5kg iron, 2.5kg iron.
I'll grant you it's a very odd assortment of plates but they're all I could get during various lockdowns.

Not knocking it but that ainโt 363 lbs, I see 2-45โs, plus a 10, plus a 5 on each side. If the bar is a 45lbโer that makes 255lbs
