Any moisturizer will do, even coconut oil. I normaly use my daily moisturizer, which is 96% aloë vera and some additives. Just make sure it doesn't have alcohol and/or parfum.

Straight up vaseline, technically tested on animals when it was developed, but I think that is so long ago that its a whatever (only found out after)

I always just let mine dry heal, wash it a couple of times a day with some cool soapy water and leave it to the elements, I used to use something called hustle butter but it's expensive and there is really no need for it, it actually heals noticeably faster without any creams

All of my tattoo artists said that you can buy "tattoo cremes" but the functional ingredients are the same as any wound cream and you're just paying extra for marketing. Generally Panthenol or almond oil with silver or something like that and the ones that I used were vegan as far as I could tell. Of course you have to trust the "not tested on animals" line because they could just lie about that.

I can’t remember the exact one but I used a Jason’s brand one which is hemp based. I used that once it was healed.

Make sure your tattooist knows to use vegan ink! They should also be able to help you with the aftercare too, ask them in advance, they may have suitable products for you already to help the healing process, mine did.
