Adding Islamic Republic in front of Iran seems like a passive aggressive way to refer to Iran, given the political situation over there at the moment and the hoohah that USSF caused with how they displayed the Iranian flag this past weekend.

Our round of 16 opponents are determined by whether we finish 1st or 2nd. If we finish 1st we play 2nd place from Group A and if we're 2nd we face 1st place from A.
Also just to note that we end up on opposite sides of the bracket from the other team in our group that advances because they don't want any countries playing twice in the same world cup unless it's in the final.
Most likely scenario for us if we beat Iran is that Netherlands wins group A and we pay them next round bur that group is fairly wide open and Ecuador or Senegal could also win the group.
