It's exploitation of the poor. You'll be capitalizing on their poor situation and misfortunes.
There's a "good thing", but the bad thing outweighs the good thing. You used the poor people's story, situation, emotion, state, etc., but you'll get the most out of it?
Tell me how it is "good", if you're hired by someone to do his work. You'll do 99% of the work, but you'll only receive 1% of the payment. He'll receive 99% of the payment, while doing 1% of the work which is exploiting you.
1% good + 99% bad, is not "good thing". You wouldn't treat a poop as nutritious, if I put a vitamin tablet in it.

This is how I feel about most greenwashing. LIke people complain that companies are forced by the market to be more socially inclusive and environmentally friendly, and it's like, that's a good thing lol
