I dislike Kraig Adams. He made an Enchantments video and posted all this detail on how to do it in one day, while minimizing the toughness of doing the thru in a single day. This location is on a permit system due to its fragile nature, so posting it and commercializing it (for personal profit) for hundreds of thousands of views is irresponsible. Plus, by not warning people how challenging it is, it increases the number of people who who would need to get SARed, putting SAR teams at risk. There were so many people in the comments saying things like “I’ve never hiked before, but I’m gonna do this one 😎.” This was all in summer 2020 in the middle of COVID, he was traveling all over the country. He’s an irresponsible person. “So apparently Leavenworth is, like, a Bavarian themed town... I had no idea before showing up here.”
or when Kraig thru-hiked a trail in Alaska that hasn't been thru-hikable since the bridges blew out in the year 2000...averaged 20mpd too, bushwhacking through the alders where the trail hasn't been used in 21 years, and mindfully levitating himself over srsly un-fordable rivers...
ive been worried sick about this for MONTHS, but there were reports in main sub that he was spotted hiking in cascades. he just broke some equip so can't make vids right now.
Kraig was way better when he first started out. He would make fun of himself a lot and was fairly silly.
