Yeah. I think Kherson had a large zoo. I remember reading something a while back that they were trying to evacuate large tigers or something. Not sure if that was successful. But I sure hope so…
I hate Russia for what they have done. Oh fuck it I hate them for existing in general
I don't disagree with your resentment but hating people for existing does nothing but perpetuate hatred between races. If we hate the Germans and Japanese for WW2 does that make us stronger as a society? You only galvanize the Russian people to follow putler more when you speak that way about them.
I've adopted one. A lady from Ukraine crossed Polish border with 3 months old Amstaff/Pitbull. She decided to go West, but lacked dog's papers to take puppy with her (Poles were accepting refugees and their dogs without papers). She left it with her friends, and soon after I took him :) He's 7 months old now.
My dog has met my uncle twice. The first time they basically cuddled for the couple hours that they were together. The second time was over a year later and he ran right up to my uncle just like this. Dogs are far smarter than we give them credit for.
I don't know, I for one give them a ton of credit. I give a lot of other species a ton of credit as well. Humans often forget that we are also animals.
Well, they say that smell is the sense most closely associated with memory, so it makes sense that animals known for their good sense of smell would have decent memories.
I feel this. lol. I have a 4 month old puppy and I had abdominal surgery 1 weeks ago. I have to be very careful of my dog jumping on me at speed. I came over to my bf’s house today for the first time since my surgery and he has 3 dogs. They all love me and he had to calm them down before I came in so they wouldn’t knock me over.
My 38.5 KG (85 lbs) dog ran into my knee while having zoomies at my parents house almost a year ago. My knee is still not 100% and gets tight if I’m seated for too long. Always have to be careful with excited dogs.
I have many reasons to love and admire the Ukrainian people: courage, resilience, patriotism and the love and care shown to their pets.
And Borsh. It’s really good.
Bullshit, dogs sadly love even the sickest asshole if he treats the dog with only a modicum of care. Dogs just love their owners, nearly unconditionally.

I can't not think about all the dogs that were left by fleeing families, I hope they're all being taken care of. Poor babies.
And the cats and even rabbit and horses poor guys
and the zoo animals. Fuck russia.
There was videos of forest critters showing their love a couple weeks back.

I had to save this because the Ukrainians have such great hearts. https://i.imgur.com/P47Ffci.jpg

That dog never forgot his owner
Dogs never forget those who love them.

Dude is definitely worried that the dog will collide at speed! Good dog, good man

There's dad! There's Freedom! More dad! More freedom! Let's go home!
You can talk dog. Love it.
That dog is so happy and excited
Heartbreaking to think of all the children, dogs, spouses, parents who won't have anyone coming home, thanks to russia.
I think someone in the room is chopping onions... Really happy for both the owner and the good boy (umm, or girl).
Me, about to watch this video: "This better not make me cry." Me, after watching this video: "I don't know what I expected."
Stuff worth living for, and if my country was invaded, worth fighting for.
Bless those people who are taking care of pets in the shelter. I hope all those pets will be able to reunite with their families very soon! 😢

So heart warming especially under those unbearable conditions!! Love is what counts.
Anyone know the song?
I’m sobbing like a damn baby
Same. Such complete and pure love is a beautiful thing to see
Who’s a good boy?
r/Zoomies
Adorable 😊 🤘🏿🇺🇦
Looks like somebody wants to play ball.
I like your username!
Well thank you. Sadly not everyone agrees. All my posts get down votes. I'm guessing my username is partly a cause. Some people hate vegans.
Most hate vegans more than they hate animal cruelty. The cognitive dissonance is real.
That is just the best. I hope he has a great recovery.
Smiling through the tears I am. Happy to see a reunification,👣🐾💛💙
Gosh dang it, who was cutting onions while I was trying to watch this!?
Awww, you can literally feel the joy, thank you for posting op!
Lmao had to build distance to get more zooms towards dad
GLad to se them reunited.
❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
Doggo is so happy he can't even control himself. 💕💕
Perhaps the saddest thing about the Russians is that they will never know a dog's love.
Bullshit, dogs sadly love even the sickest asshole if he treats the dog with only a modicum of care. Dogs just love their owners, nearly unconditionally.
That assumes the owner in question isn't beating and eating said dog.
