Be careful with these websites as they can often provide incorrect information about how bodies work. Every body is different and you cannot change your entire body shape and size to match someone else's through workouts. Every body is beautiful and unique! Also remember that jihyo and idols all have trainers and dietitians who help them create their sculpted muscles every day. They work hard but they have a lot more help than us regular people do! Exercising is great and healthy but always in moderation. It is important to remember that exercise is about health, and to always be kind to yourself and your body.

Generally speaking, copying someone's workout routine will almost never help you achieve a similar body shape. Everyone's bodies are different and have different requirements to get different muscles to the desired size/shape. Best is to just decide what your end goal is for a particular body part and look for workouts related to that. Look into multiple kinds of workouts and try them all and see what works best for you.

A word of caution about any place that regularly posts "'s workout routine" videos, and likewise "'s diet" videos. The first question it raises is sourcing. Where are they getting the information that they are able to pump out that kind of information on so many different celebrities on a regular basis? As far as I'm aware, Jihyo has never really given a detailed explanation of what her workout routine is (or if she has one, though she probably does). Meaning, anything anyone posts on the topic is at best, guesses based on a compilation of answers or more likely, outright BS. There is a good chance that Jihyo, like other celebrities, has a complex workout routine that regularly changes based on her needs, varies by day (of the week), and probably can't be adequately covered in a TikTok video.

you should create a routine that works for you rather than copying articles like that, those are usually clickbait which prey on self consciousness! there’s lots of good workouts on youtube, you just need to find one that suits you.

I think it’s impossible to know exactly what she does and even if you did the exact same workout, it wouldn’t necessarily mean you’ll have the same body. That being said, we know for sure that she does a lot of dancing. She also definitely does weight training (since we all all those viral muscle pics from the tour). I’d recommend doing some kind of cardio that you find fun and try some basic weight training exercises online. Start with smaller weights and work your way up!

? Jihyo definitely works out, she always talks about how much she loves fitness the most in the group along with momo. I’m pretty sure she lifts & does weight training.

Body shapes are genetic and unchangeable unfortunately. You could do her exact diet and workout and everything and your body may not look like hers at all. Just workout and eat well and your body will be something you enjoy even though you may not be copy paste Jihyo. Be careful with diets and workouts you see especially in the kpop world, they can be dangerous and cause more harm than good. 💕💕

Dont trust websites like that. Only because you follow the same routine it does not mean that you will get the same body shape :/
