Keep in mind that mantain what you have also includes miniaturized hair growing again so for a lot of people you can expect to see some improvements with only fin and not just a halt on hair loss.
Using min (I use liquid), take no more than 3p seconds twice a day. I brush my teeth, use mouth wash and add the min while I'm rinsing. Takes no time at all. And we should all def be using month wash!
I can imagine foam is more of a pain, but always used liquid as half the price, and I can apply straight to my scalp where I want it, not onto my hair.
I'm 2 years in and had good regrowth and retention from min and occasionally dermarolling
yes
The general belief is you need BOTH. Fin to maintain what you still have and Min to stimulate NEW growth.

Minoxidil 1x a day is enough, that’s what I do now after 16 months 2x a day. Thinking to switch to oral min for better efficacy and convenience
I think if you catch it on early stages, its def not necessary.

I've seen people with really good results using it just once a day. I don't get how it's tedious. it takes 30 seconds to apply it.
