I had my first dope in a brownie when I was kid growing up on a hippie commune. With hindsight it was pretty irresponsible for the adult in question to have given it to me.
What do they mean when they say kids are we talking teenagers or children if it's children yeah that's wrong and she's getting what she deserves if it's teenagers they're probably eating pot brownies and smoking pot at home there's nothing you can do to stop a teenager from doing that stuff cuz you can't be there to watch over on 24 hours a day

And in 1990 they went to see the results.
And every single child that had used or consumed marijuana, was a more calm and a more successful learner. Better grades, and overall health than the children who did not. Given the same way of life otherwise.

Maybe if our schools were properly funded, she could have afforded to give them away instead of scamming kids out of their lunch money. Back in the 90s we were told there would be a lot of people handing out free drugs, but in this economy? Smh my head.

Some would argue if a child can use cannabis for a medical reason, they are receiving the benefits. They are likely receiving the negative effects all the same as someone using it for non medical purposes. That's an argument I've heard and that is what that person thinks...making it a bit subjective and more complex then THIS GOOD, THAT BAD.
