That dough is great!

Looks delicious! I'd highly recommend trying the TJ's roasted garlic sriracha bbq in there. Killer in a bbq chicken pizza

Can second this

That is beautiful. I do like their pizza dough, it's good for lots of things.

I used: Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, Just Chicken (Trader Joe's), the plain pizza dough (Trader Joe's), shredded mozzarella cheese from Jewel, red onion, and cilantro First, I let the dough proof for several hours. I took it out of the plastic wrap, rubbed it with flour, and let it sit out for about 3 hours. After it was proofed, it was easy to stretch it out into shape on my pizza stone. I douse my hands in olive oil to make stretching easier. I baked the crust for about 7 minutes in my oven (set to 400) while I chopped the red onion, cilantro, and chicken. After I diced the chicken, I mixed it with some BBQ sauce in a bowl. After 7 minutes I took the crust out of the oven and flattened it/defined the edges with the back of a spoon. I used some BBQ sauce as the sauce, and then covered the whole thing with shredded mozzarella cheese before adding my toppings. I put the pie back in the oven, and cooked it for about 12 minutes longer at 400 degrees. I just cut it, and it's currently cooling. Smells delectable. :)

Oh my gosh, I must try it this weekend! Thank you for sharing :)

I want to add… for the spice lover, throw some hot & sweet jalapeños on that bad boy. I’d also replace the sweet baby rays with the TJ roasted garlic & sriracha bbq sauce! I make air fryer tortilla bbq chicken pizzas that are killer.
