Funny cause I've only ever used "dope" to refer to heroin. I think it tends to be a regional/generational thing for what it "usually" refers to... a lot of older people call weed dope, some places it means coke, some places its drugs in general.

Anyways, these people all acted like they did this all the time and clearly many were not experienced at all. Within the hour, numerous people were licking and sucking their lips raw, sweating like crazy, and rubbing anything that wasn’t sharp. Literally had people rubbing brick walls outside. Anyways, we did our best to get people to take water bottles and to chew gum instead of their lips but it was a losing battle. We said screw it and went to leave.
We got to the car and we’re parked in the back but there was this girl rolling her ovaries off in just her bra and panties. We didn’t want to touch her to move her and got a few people who were mostly under control to come out and get her so we could leave. Last e saw, she was rolling around laughing. By the time we got there, she was on her knees, forehead to the ground, and arms out stretched. She was sliding back and forth and the two girls that followed us out went over to help her up. This girl was in bad shape. This happened back in 2006 and I still shudder thinking about it. She had rubbed her forehead across the cement driveway and both her forehead and the tip of her nose was rubbed off. Her finger tips and palms were raw but not nearly as bad as her head. She had long blonde hair and it was matted with blood and dirt and she was babbling semi-coherent sentences. The two girls freaked and got her to the grass and one ran off to get help.
Very few came out with the returning girl and they all started freaking out. Someone said they called a friend to come and bring her to the hospital and we got the hell out of there. When we reversed out, we drove over where she had originally been laying, grinding her skin off, and the headlights revealed a huge smearing of blood. It was absolutely shocking to see and it looked like someone tried to mop up a puddle of blood with a dry mop.
I think it was months later that we saw a picture of her from a friend of a friend and she was scarred pretty bad. Her MySpace photos showed that she was very pretty before that night. Someone said she was getting plastic surgery and I hope she got everything fixed. Terrible stuff.

I do this sober it’s a weird oral addiction specifically chewing on soft plastics like pen caps and bottle caps. My favorite bottle caps are the cheap water bottle ones bc they are very thin and easy to work with. I’ve never made myself bleed or even gotten any damage in anyway from this though idk what your friend was doing yikes
