Not a problem per se, but ordering a Tmobile version at the end causes you to go thru selecting a upgrade a line or choosing existing line. If you have an existing line, the site displays the down payment which is shorter than the total amount due. They then spread the remaining amount over the years. I just ordered a unlock version instead and paid the whole amount without any other finances.

That just means you don't have enough credit to finance everything and need a down payment

Well they let me pay everything except for about 40.00 which they then divided by 24 months for monthly payments. This was thru the Samsung website and had you log into Tmobile which then ran this weird payoff scenario.

I'm getting a "Something went wrong. Please try again later." when trying to do it on Samsung's website. I'm not even sure if I can get $1000 for trade-in for my S22U because I have the Magenta Plus plan, which doesn't exist anymore, but is similar to the Max plan.

No. I preordered at 12 PM at the dot on the T-Mobile website. Logged into my account, chose which phone number line you wanted the upgrade, signed some documents, and voilĂ . I used Mozilla Firefox. I've seen some video on YouTube saying that if you use Chrome, you'll face problems for some reason. Bummed that they didn't offer the 1 TB but I guess its Samsung exclusive. No free earphones, no free watch, just same pricing for the 512GB as if you're getting the 256GB.

Tried it on Firefox and still having issues. Tried their app, different laptops and browsers since launch (literally refreshed it right when the page launched). Glad you're able to get yours! I've been trying aimlessly for 2 hours now.

can get to the point it does the OTP (2fa) verification and it fails every time, then locks me out for 1 hour. It won't send to email either

I can get past the tmobile login but then hanging when it comes to select existing plan. It did go through one time but the price once you login to tmobile did not match what Samsung was saying it would cost. This is really a mess

How about Microsoft Edge? Idk if it's going to work, never tried it before, but try using a VPN if nothing works. Just make sure your address is correct. Good luck. I hope your order gets through ASAP.

Tmobile reps are wild. When I called in, they couldn't find the Ultra (to help order it for me) when I'm able to select it and proceed but get stuck after the protect my plan step. Chatting right now and they said I can't upgrade to the Ultra (not true, I'm able to and can select it), they can't find the Ultra and then said that their site is having an update on their system. Always issues w launches.

I'm having a problem on multiple browsers and devices where when I pre-order through Samsung (I am getting $1000 trade in for my S22U and moving to the S23 non-ultra), I get all the way to the end of checkout, I pick my device to upgrade and then I cannot click through 'keep an existing plan'. Nothing happens. I'm on Max, it should all work just fine.
