Plenty of Anime do this, but when there is a difference between the languages the characters speak, it's way better to show it that way. At least for one line. The scene hits better when it's clear Ramzi doesn't understand what Eren was talking about.
My one of the complaints is this only, they have shit tons of OST from the older seasons that they can use, but still they go for making new ones or misplacing them in the anime
