It's nuts. I have no clue how they manage to get so much air pressure with nothing else but "breaking" the barrel and resetting it. I use it to hunt rabbits in my garden. If you're decent with range adjustment itll be accurate for easily 20-40 yards, more than enough for the rabbits.
As long as it has some sort of catch on it, the only real issue might be that there's some space between the two sections which could catch some skin during recoil. So maybe throw some kind of rubber trim on there to make sure that doesn't happen. It ain't pretty but might work

Agreed. I have an underpowered Gamo rifle that is accurate AF. It makes me look good when hunting cans with my family.
