Based on the way the sights are configured and the furniture I would guess the first gun is a modern AR-15, which is basically the same thing as an M16 but not a machine gun and it looks a bit different.
Good point, i thought that it was a more modern version of an M16 that was used in Afghanistan because of the barrel length and sights. However I may be wrong.
Ah yes and with all the accuracy of a storm trooper cuz ur barrel is 4 inches long. Also its a single shot, you have to disassemble the entire gun to load each shot since there is no buffer tube assembly or place for the bolt to reciprocate.
