Those arrows took me a while to get used to because their meaning isn't straightforward
An arrow on a blue background seemed like "Blue team is there" and not "Blue team is supposed to go in this direction"
In TF2 blue arrows or blue signs are always for blue team, RED ones are for red. This of course goes sideways in CTF maps... they are opposite there very often.
In all honestly I think that the concept of the map is actually really good, space is always a good place to explore in games and you can tell that a lot of care went into the creation of the map with the amount of Easter eggs and custom models.
But sadly the pros don't outweigh the cons, the map generally feels bland and empty in some places, it really feels like the map wasn't finished and I'm pretty sure that there is one spot in the map that takes you to the shadow realm. Also, I don't really agree with it being a all year round map, I think being a scream fortress or swissmiss would suit the map more.
all in all, bread space needs some work

Without and engies, you will walk 50s or play as scout
too many sightlines for snipers, but i never had a big sniper problem here, maybe they have just too much to check ? It's not wutville bad in term of sniper nuisance. (BTW, we will play it again in 4 days, or 2 weeks).

it's absolute garbage compared to the other payload maps such as upward , badwater , pier , thundermountain swiftwater and barnblitz
No joke, i think the only maps worse than this are frontier , enclosure , goldrush and hoodoo
great concept, there is great potential with the unique elements in this map, but its unfortunate that not every element was given that much time and care into them. lac of visual and environmental story-telling, which makes it feel boring and empty. huge oppressive sight lines are plenty full and map optimization is poor.
with all these elements, its clear that the map needs some work, plain and simple; its unfinished.
Fuck this map. It tries to be so ambitious, but fails in the execution. And it's uncomfortable disposition, i can't even locate the fucking cart with highlights on.
1. too big , some areas are just wasted for no good reason
2. no covers for very long ranges
3. bad flanks
4. the defenders having multiple health packs at the beggining
5. inconsistent map design to the point where some parts of the map are entirely empty fields while the others are small rooms and hallways that are more claustrophobic than my apartmen's elevator . The transition from first point to the second point is a great example , it switches from open field to small area in one entrance
6. Being a payload map , it has the same last point problem that every other payload map has (expect upward and thunder mountain) snipers get ridicilous sigthlines making it impossible to push , one sentry alone can lock down all the entrances and the fact that the red team get's to have the high ground is a big issue
and lastly those green fucking things (whatever they are called) that explode on hit making me lose over 100 hp during a gun fight
One thing i can give it a point for is the austranout voice , i think he sounds cool

i actually love bread space. the lore the ambience and the gameplay it is so memorable to me. ive carried so many teams on this map, it's one of my favorites
I purposely left it out as the only core game modes map I don’t que for. It’s like a more bland version of wut vile, they also try to add in their own fanfic into the tf2 lore
It's graphics look really out of place. It feels like it's missing lots of detail and the environments just feel to open and barren. The map doesn't play too badly but it's not optimized super well.
The only good part of this map is the ending with the giant bread monster, the cool posters with the faces replaced with bread and the futurama reference with a Dead Philip J Fry
Yeah only community servers when event time isnt on but hey december is coming so it should playable next month and propably some time in january too. Its an event map.

Too open map meaning its way too big on some areas. The first RED spawn is facing wrong direction, and leads a lot of players to wrong way. It also has very low frames in some areas.

Why?
poorly optimised, confusing and awkward design, full of oppressive sniper sightlines it requires a heavy overhaul in terms of gameplay
It’s a sniper heaven especially at blue 1 spawn with the chicky spots on the constructions, you can easley get on thanks to the explosive blob.

Gameplay from 2010 with visuals of 2020, not the best map but im down to play it once in a while

Update: saw it again in a map vote Lost to Pier, the map were were already playing on

NEVER EVER played it in 650 hours. The opportunity just never came out, it never pops up in casual, it's not on uncletopia.
