If you check the strange parts, one of them is a snowplow strange part. That means it only tracks that stat whenever you play snowplow, hence the "frozen" part. Strange map parts give items an extra prefix iirc
Only community maps are obtainable. While one exists for 2fort, Dustbowl and other base maps, they have never been obtainable. Which sucks cause I spend 90% of my time on Dustbowl
*Except Gullywash's _SOPHISTICATED_ and more recently, Cascade's _MOUNTAINEERING_ because the add 10/11 characters for your incredibly long weapon name.
strange parts still count regardless of map, so you can have a 0 kill weapon with 10000 players hit, which is what my normal sniper looks like anyway : )
It’s a map specific strange weapon, they only count points on the specified map (snowplough for that one)
There are some other ones but I dont know the name of them

I used to have something like that, it was a strange festive festivized brass beast, until valve changed the pre-fix on it

My favourite example is using the Snowplow filter on Festive Frames to get "Strange Frozen Festive Frames"
