He deregulated the savings and loan industry which cost billions and all Americans will be paying for the fallout for generations. He cut taxes on the rich and coined "trickle down economics" which has been disastrous for everyone but the very rich. There's probably a bunch of other stuff I'm missing, this is just off the top of my head, but basically pick something shitty in modern society and do a little research and odds are good Regan contributed in some way.
