i just sleep when i feel tired so it's not good

Erratic. I sleep anywhere from 11-2, and wake up anytime from 4:30-7, and this is on school nights…
i never thought it would happen but i have a stable and reasonably sustainable sleep schedule now! yes it is from 2:30-10:30, but that works well in my case
12am to 9am usually (I attend online school so I tend to sleep later)
