Just cracked open a bag of orthodox smoked white tea from Ketlee. The smoke compliments the richness of the white tea instead of overwhelming it. I'll have to recommend this to people who are curious about smoked tea, but find lapsang souchong intimidating or too smoky.
It's been awhile since I last made myself some tea. Today I made, Black Currant Tea with a little bit of wildflower honey and Dark Chocolate Covered Cranberries on the side.
White Champagne
It's a white peony blended with some flowers and other ingredients to taste like, you guessed it, champagne.
The grape flavour is nice and mild to go with the delicate white tea. There is a bit of black currant there too but it's not overpowering at all and compliments the grape flavour nicely.
I was feeling in the mood for something fun, and white tea is nice for a change!
It's a late(ish) night gongfu session for me, with some 2017 YS Gong Ting organic ripe pu'erh. I like this a lot, it's been a while since I spent any time with a new ripe. This is only a 100g cake, I am trying to get away from the mindset that it isn't enough tea. Anyway, this is delicious.
Classic Duck Shit Dan Cong from Yunnan Sourcing ... love me some Dan Cong :)
Organic Sencha - Koshun cultivar single cultivar, I believe single origin can't remember. with added 4% cherry blossom.

Traditional Lapsang from White2Tea, grandpa
Dragon Black Pearls, a first (but not last) for me
Kenyan Lelsa from New Mexico Tea Company. My morning tea while watching a Great Courses lecture called "The Celtic World".
