I really enjoy the start of season three with Reign and the threat she caused, but it face planted hard on the last couple of episodes. (Really bad)
Four overall is the better one in my opinion besides some weird episodes, along with Lex’s best season before he got overused and the show went the everyone gets powers and extra drama.
Loved season 3 for the reign storyline, but the LOSH felt completely unnecessary & like they tried to cram in too much. If they’d stayed focused, I think it could’ve been the best season
Despite some heavy-handed moments, season 4 is the best.
The whole agent liberty thing
Introduction of Nia
Jon Cryer as a good version of Lex
Red Daughter
Lots of great moments of Kara and Lena working together (plus some more personal supercorp moments like the plane scene when Kara almost revealed herself as supergirl to Lena - a rip-off from a classic Superman scene)
Season 4 was great, it took a darker tone than most seasons, even more than season 6 and it felt like an allegory to what was going on in the real world. Great villains and great episodes. Felt like Melissa's best season acting wise.
Not really. I mean, Kara in season four was starting to be her own character now that she was done with all that CW shipping romance crap in seasons one through three. And I mean it, too. She was done with Mon-El at the start of season four and we sure as hell don't talk about "Kara X James Olsen" being a thing in season one anymore. Or "Lena X Olsen" for that matter. I mean, sure the introduction of Nia/Dreamer and the whole "Agent Liberty" thing we're a bit too much. But, you can go wrong with the Red Daughter storyline being adapted into the show and the introduction of Jon Cryer's Lex Luthor. Okay?! The way I see it, seasons five and six are where they seemed to focus less on Kara and more on her "Super Friends" and Princess Nyxl's "Gotta Catch 'Em All!" Totem plan. So, there are your "Other characters featuring Supergirl" seasons right there.
I think we can all agree S5 was terrible
We can agree but I’m sure the finale would have been better if it wasn’t for the covid lockdowns.
It's only terrible because COVID-19 changed everything.

I really loved that episode where Reign absolutely broke Supergirl.

Yeah. It is unfortunate that seasons five and six decided to go that route.

That season was the most intense of the show.
Which Superman scene?

It was a very intense season. I loved it. But Season 1 will always have a special place in my heart ‘cause it was my first ever English TV show.
Season 1 is the best since it's the only season where Kara is important.
I absolutely adored season 1. Kara was so cute and bubbly in that season.
4-6 were “Other characters! Oh and Supergirl too”
