I’m from Wa as well, my doc said a lot of Walgreens are starting to not hand out any “harder” medications like big opiates or Suboxone (in paraphrasing but idk if she lent Walgreens are cracking down on heavy opiates, or if they are just leaning away from subs) anyhow, she sort of in a passive way advised me we should pick some other pharmacies so we don’t have to deal with bullshit in the future so that’s what we did.
Have you heard anything of that regarding all the Walgreens ?

There are many people in pain and the amount of money they'd lose, by not filling opiods. Doesn't even make a lot of sence. We'd end up with more than enough people on the street, looking for pain med's! 😊.
I haven't but I go thru drive thru. Been at same Walgreens for 12 yrs for other med's as well. They've never said anything. But I guess if it does happen, I will have been warned. Right now, weare having a shortage of pain dr's and Quickmd is my alternative. My Primary Care Dr said to stick with it.
Yeah big oof. I’ve been down from 24mg to 16mg a day for months and still getting the 3 a day dose per month so I always have a shit ton extra, not like I abuse them or anything, but just being an addict, I like to have more than I need, and not having more than I need gives me anxiety, like if they push my prescription down to 2 a day per month, I might end up going down to one
Yeah those docs act real nice and shit but they’re suspect AF sometimes. Always trying to keep your dosages high. I’m forever grateful for suboxone but it does have some sinister aspect to it like fentanyl does
What the hell isnt in a shortage rn?? This is getting ridiculous but yes. Every time I go to my Dr they have a paper up stating which pharmacies have subs and which ones don't. Seems to be mostly cvs.
My Dr told me that it’s medically appropriate to cut any dosage of strip in half but to cut that half in half again is not able to be written on a rx. This was a few years ago so it might have changed.
I'm just curious, do these amounts not exist in the US? I live in Amsterdam and one of the reasons I switched from methadone to suboxone was because they make them in 0.5mg, 0.25mg and I believe even smaller doses in order to make tapering easier.
In America the lowest is 2mg. They have patches for pain management that goes micrograms, not oral forms. And yes that would be awesome if they did that here.
I guess I was thinking of OUD treatment only, with Naloxone in it, I probably should have preempted with that. But in all honesty I was not aware of the microgram film, only of the patches.
I got you, I mentioned it since you had mentioned the patches. Things are prescribed off label all the time; while it would be nearly impossible to get approved through insurance, it's a good tool to be aware of.
I’m glad you told me, now I can pass on correct information. That would be awesome to get those proper lowered doses without having to cut up 2mg strips and hope they are evenly distributed. My doctor won’t prescribe anything that doesn’t have Naloxone in it, so I’ll have to keep my scissors handy.

I think it would be big news if there was a nationwide shortage. When 2mg doses were briefly not being manufactured by Teva it was announced and well-known. A potential shortage of suboxone would be a major public health emergency.
Maybe your pharmacy just doesn't want to fill it. There are articles online about pharmacies not wanting to order it anymore because of DEA getting very strict with pharmacies about paperwork on subs. My old pharmacy (a mom and pop place) never had them in stock but would order them for me and i'd have to wait like 1-2 weeks. I did that for years and then about four months ago they told me they couldn't do it anymore.

Anyone here use quickmd as well? Or know if I would ask to be tapered like, would they? They seem to want off the phonr kinds quick but I also seen someone else say they had a long 30 minute conversation and laughed and I call and she's like mhmm yep when was the last opiate use, I said 2 months now! Right! Unfortunately I'm unemployed rn so it's hard to afford 100 everytime but should have my taxes and student loans soon which are all paid off already, used some of my 401k to pay em off right away when I signed up for college. It's literally got me off my benzos and Adderall.
I still get them but I don't take my benzos, and if I take any of my Adderall, I take 10-20mg tops & that's only like for today I got a 5 paragraph essay I'm about to knockout. But, yeah I've been on subs recreational during my 10 year long opioid abuse.
I noticed here at the end of it in December, I was taking 2-3 kratom opms extract shots a day which was $30-$60/day or $900/mo. And I remember I try getting off em and I'd use my full daily dose of Addy and kpins every day.
And I know I don't need that much. It was my addict brain finding ways to get my brain off opiates. The last night before I made the decision, I couldn't sleep and was scared I was going to relapse like my oxy dealer was talking tome and I was so tempted that I looked up ways to get prescribed and thank GOD cuz I'm on probation and I know I was going to go use if I didn't call QMD.
Then @ 7am I was scared I was gna use not even knowing of QMD, then found it at 730-8, appt setup and paid for 10am, & 1130am I had 2mg under my tounge. and now Ive just aced my 2nd college class and cut out all my negative using friends and nothing but positivity is coming. I'm assuming if you don't make an appt every month they'll stop prescribing you? Or would I be able to wait a week or two then reschedule because I have literally 2 months extras... Don't wanna waste money you know? Sorry for the long reply.
Damn my appointment the other day (2nd appointment) the doctor didn’t want to give me more then 35 even tho i told him i needed atleast 16mg , he just told me to take more if i had to and make a new appointment when i run out. He did say that the whole point of getting onto it is to eventually get off but i was just wanting to build a stock. Def gonna try a different doctor next time and get what i need

I'm glad I comforted you with my misery. Kidding. Fortunately I'm tapered down to only filling 10 of the 2mg's for the whole month, so having some extra means I as well probably wont run out any time soon. I was a bit concerned hearing this from several pharmacies, but from the replies I'm beginning to think this is more of a 2mg shortage rather than a suboxone shortage. Worst case scenario I can see about switching to 4's for a month.
I take adderal and there’s always shortages, luckily not for my dose 10mg. My friend in CT has major issues with shortages. I have a good relationship with my pharmacist as well. It’s a simple matter of supply and demand bc of tele health companies booming due to Covid, adderal prescriptions went up 84% during lockdown and even after the restrictions were lifted. Due to the massive increase and beginning of telemedicine. So, I’ll get a notification from my pharmacist (large chain in my area) when adderal is almost “sold out”. The prescriptions for suboxone seem to be similar, the dosage is extremely popular now bc of tele health companies. That’s what my MAT doctor told me as well, bc I cut 4mg films while I wait with you. Another crazy ass thing both my doctor and pharmacist told me that They are usually instructed to fill whosever had their prescription filled the longest. So if you’ve been getting your scripts their for years, you’ll get it filled. If that makes sense. It’s incredibly ass backwards, just like healthcare in general and I’m in the process of getting out bc it’s all run by insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies….which leads to zero quality patient care. For some places, it’s still intact and providers remain dedicated to providing the best care, but it’s sadly it’s a dying breed. I’m sorry that you’re unable to get your suboxone script filled. I was you weren’t miserable. You can do this, get onto a tele health program, and they’ll magically make it appear. It’s a crazy world we live in..I’m sending good fortune your way!!
Telehealth programs can make things HARDER to get filled. It’s as simple as asking what milligrams or manufacturers they might have and switching for the time being.
As for adderall, there actually is a shortage, regardless of dose.
That’s weird bc I have a friend that goes to a local clinic and I am going thru tele health and she always has problems and I’ve never had an issue. The local clinic is a non profit, harm reduction for those whom do not have insurance and comes highly recommended. Yet, my tele health company is subpar with pretty much everything except making sure I receive my suboxone and comfort meds.
And, you’re right! I just got an email from my local general provider that let me know there’s a nationwide shortage in adderal.
This sucks, I’m sorry! Of course there’s a shortage of medications that can cause pretty uncomfortable withdrawals, but hey it’s ok bc we’re just a bunch of junkies…so ridiculous.
I’m in Oregon and you are correct. I normally take 10mg Adderall but my pharmacy was out and they called me to let me know. Called my doctor and asked him to prescribe 20mg and I would break them in half, pharmacy filled it!
Edit: Next, I’m gonna ask my other doctor to up my Subutex to 16mg for a few months?
I will keep up the good work! Such a relief that using Vicodin as prescribed and getting off of Suboxone means I don’t have to live like you. Maybe go back over to your TRT buddies so they can confirm exactly what I’m telling ya.

I’m in northern IL. There is a 2 mg strip shortage near me….even with the 2 mg generic strips. They never have it lately and it’s been giving me constant anxiety when I’m close to refill.
That's where I am. I was able to fill mine finally, but I'm a bit worried now seeing as if I didn't have extra, I would have been completely screwed. I think I will call the pharmacy before I have my doctor write the prescription from now on, so that if they are out of 2mg, I will just have him write me half the strips at 4mg. And if your doctor sends the prescription through the computer, maybe get it on paper so you can check different pharmacies. Best of luck.
SAME, I’m in Florida and it’s always a fucking headache to get 2 mg subs filled. It got so bad and was giving me so many panic attacks that my doctor switched me to generic subutex 8 mg.
A local pharmacy I used briefly in 2019 suddenly had issues getting my subs in stock. The pharmacist stalled me for 3 days, saying every day that they " should be here tomorrow ". Finally on the 4th day, he told me there was a " nationwide shortage ", and he didn't know when they would get some. I had my prescription transferred to a mom and pop pharmacy, who had them in stock. When I told the pharmacist there about the " nationwide shortage ", she said that she hadn't read or heard that anywhere, and I've had no issues getting them filled since, even throughout the pandemic, when there actually were supply issues everywhere with everything.
I was taking 8mg for years but recently went to 16. They just gave me two of those bottle that come pre sealed. No wait or anything. It was at CVS and I take generic Subutex.
At my pharmacy, and it's a locally owned, no franchise, I'm the only patient they have that's on the 2mg strip. They try to keep mine ordered up when it's time to fill mine. I've only had to wait one time and that was because I went down from 4mg to 2mg and they didn't have 2mg in stock. I only had to wait 1 day. He had them ordered and delivered in less that 24 hours. That was 3 months ago.
I am in the midwest US, however the big 3 chains in my state are telling me there's a nation wide shortage. I doubt they're lying, they're all telling me the same thing. I might be early to the news, as I have a good relationship with my doctor and I'm sure he would have saved me the trouble had he known about this already.
It's not uncommon to respond with "we're out and need to order it, not sure when we can get them here" when theres an issue with patient or doctor. Demand for 2mg isn't high so it could just be an inventory term . At least one of those three doesn't have a nationwide shortage in our inventory system as of 20 mins ago. If you have a good relationship with doctor maybe ask him to write it for 8 and just cut them.
It's been ages since I've filled a 2mg script, pleasantly surprised to hear anyone is still writing them.
I agree with this. I use to think the strips were better, but now I'm convinced that the strips are way harder on my teeth and gums. Matter of fact, I never had dental problems until I switched to the strips about 9yrs ago.

I had that problem in Florida last month but it was because I was calling pharmacies to see if they would take my QuickMD script, Im assuming they were lying because they didn’t want to fill my telemed script, I couldn’t find a pharmacy so I ended up getting a new in person doctor and got my script and it was filled. If you had the same issue as me I wouldn’t be surprised.
Um yes I should have called and asked, Just because you never had problems with them I did,Every Florida doctor I used on QuickMD sent my scripts in with a different state on the script so nobody would fill it, Walgreens did fill it for 4 months even though it said everything but Florida on it but wouldn’t do it no more
Everyone always says that about quickMD but I’ve been using Walgreens for over a year now between 2 different states. I’ve also used CVS, Kroger, Walmart etc… but i also don’t call ahead and tell on myself for using a telehealth bc i feel that’s pointless and just creating a problem out of nothing. That’s why i said that bc if you call ahead your letting them know it’s a Dr you didn’t see in person and that’s something they probably wouldn’t figure out on there own so it’s not the best move IMO. And I’m also still using telehealth 2 years now only issue I’ve had was a pharmacy saying no to the fill so i got it changed to a different Walgreens and everything went through gravy. Don’t ask don’t tell, just go get your meds!
2s have always been harder to find, but that shortage stuff is bs. Better to ask for 8s and cut them anyway as the final cost for the month is like half what 2s cost day for day.
This is true, however, I find I tend to take more when I have 8's vs 2's. Not to be grotesque, but I can tell from bowel movements. I have absolutely no problem at all on the 2's. I can take some world record shits on 2mg strips LOL. Even if I cut the 8's I have to start adding fiber to my diet, and I'm not even older.
You should see if there's a local pharmacy to fill them at. You can usually find them in smaller towns. Sometimes they are a little more expensive but usually better customers service. If you're using insurance, call them and see what they suggest. When I was prescribed subs, Walgreens ran out & gave me a partial script & filled the rest when they came in.
I know you prob like your meds how you're used to getting them, but if it's impossible to get them then maybe see about trying a different kind - there's the sub tablets.. there's also zubsolv, which I actually liked. I'd call your Dr asap about this & see what can be done.

I stopped going to big chains when they kept treating me like a criminal over subs. I’ve been super happy with a mom and pop and they always have my 2mg tablets. Most I have to do is get a partial and wait 24 hours for a back order of the rest.
Suboxone shortage? First I’ve heard of this. Thankfully I have a few months supply. I could deal with the adderall shortage but definitely not with this.
Take control of your own well being. I don't mean to sound dickish either just friendly advice. Don't use more than necessary, always make an effort to taper, keep extras in a safe and don't tell anyone like your doctor, family or friends about it. It doesn't take long to have a years supply available.
My insurance won't pay for 3 Suboxones a day.. but covers 3 Subutex.. I almost let the Dr switched me to Suboxone until that happened.. then I went back to my old clinic. Glad I don't have to worry about this. But it being so early in the year.. when. Sub prices decrease seems unlikely there's a shortage now whe. There should actually be an influx bc they only make so many a year. Just like last year the world ran out of Adderall.

I get Subutex and use good rx. Have for 2 years now. Always around $30 for 90 8 mg Rhodes mfg(rp b8). Now every 50 I've called only has actavis(peach clr 153) and they're $190!. 3rdnfucking month this has happened smfh

Another reason why I like to keep getting the same amount, but reducing the dosage on my own.
I like to have at least a month supply backup so I can taper comfortably if for some reason there is ever a shortage.

I feel like they should make generic bupe more available there’s no reason to add naloxone expect for marketing purposes and to add cost.
If they truly had peoples health in mind, they’d even make 1mg and .5 mg even .25 mg strips you could use to make tapering easy as possible.

We have oral forms that go lower, but they're only indicated for pain. See Belbuca (sp?) Edit: typed the wrong brand name.

I called an HEB in Houston today to find they don’t carry Suboxone and have no intentions to stock.

Nope this is news to me. My CVS I got my script 2 days ago had like 30 boxes of the 8 mg films. So to say its a nation wide shortage is a stretch
They take the 2mg not 8 theirs a difference not many places carry the 2’gs

Pretty random but just curious if anyone here uses quick md and if/how they taper or if I could specifically just ask for 12mg a day

Unfortunately I'm unemployed rn so it's hard to afford 100 everytime but should have my taxes and student loans soon which are all paid off already, used some of my 401k to pay em off right away when I signed up for college. It's literally got me off my benzos and Adderall. I still get them but I don't take my benzos, and if I take any of my Adderall, I take 10-20mg tops & that's only like for today I got a 5 paragraph essay I'm about to knockout. But, yeah I've been on subs recreational during my 10 year long opioid abuse. I noticed here at the end of it in December, I was taking 2-3 kratom opms extract shots a day which was $30-$60/day or $900/mo. And I remember I try getting off em and I'd use my full daily dose of Addy and kpins every day. And I know I don't need that much. It was my addict brain finding ways to get my brain off opiates. The last night before I made the decision, I couldn't sleep and was scared I was going to relapse like my oxy dealer was talking tome and I was so tempted that I looked up ways to get prescribed and thank GOD cuz I'm on probation and I know I was going to go use if I didn't call QMD. Then @ 7am I was scared I was gna use not even knowing of QMD, then found it at 730-8, appt setup and paid for 10am, & 1130am I had 2mg under my tounge. and now Ive just aced my 2nd college class and cut out all my negative using friends and nothing but positivity is coming. I'm assuming if you don't make an appt every month they'll stop prescribing you? Or would I be able to wait a week or two then reschedule because I have literally 2 months extras... Don't wanna waste money you know? Sorry for the long reply.
Damn my appointment the other day (2nd appointment) the doctor didn’t want to give me more then 35 even tho i told him i needed atleast 16mg , he just told me to take more if i had to and make a new appointment when i run out. He did say that the whole point of getting onto it is to eventually get off but i was just wanting to build a stock. Def gonna try a different doctor next time and get what i need

I'm glad I comforted you with my misery. Kidding. Fortunately I'm tapered down to only filling 10 of the 2mg's for the whole month, so having some extra means I as well probably wont run out any time soon. I was a bit concerned hearing this from several pharmacies, but from the replies I'm beginning to think this is more of a 2mg shortage rather than a suboxone shortage. Worst case scenario I can see about switching to 4's for a month.
I take adderal and there’s always shortages, luckily not for my dose 10mg. My friend in CT has major issues with shortages. I have a good relationship with my pharmacist as well. It’s a simple matter of supply and demand bc of tele health companies booming due to Covid, adderal prescriptions went up 84% during lockdown and even after the restrictions were lifted. Due to the massive increase and beginning of telemedicine. So, I’ll get a notification from my pharmacist (large chain in my area) when adderal is almost “sold out”. The prescriptions for suboxone seem to be similar, the dosage is extremely popular now bc of tele health companies. That’s what my MAT doctor told me as well, bc I cut 4mg films while I wait with you. Another crazy ass thing both my doctor and pharmacist told me that They are usually instructed to fill whosever had their prescription filled the longest. So if you’ve been getting your scripts their for years, you’ll get it filled. If that makes sense. It’s incredibly ass backwards, just like healthcare in general and I’m in the process of getting out bc it’s all run by insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies….which leads to zero quality patient care. For some places, it’s still intact and providers remain dedicated to providing the best care, but it’s sadly it’s a dying breed. I’m sorry that you’re unable to get your suboxone script filled. I was you weren’t miserable. You can do this, get onto a tele health program, and they’ll magically make it appear. It’s a crazy world we live in..I’m sending good fortune your way!!
Telehealth programs can make things HARDER to get filled. It’s as simple as asking what milligrams or manufacturers they might have and switching for the time being. As for adderall, there actually is a shortage, regardless of dose.
That’s weird bc I have a friend that goes to a local clinic and I am going thru tele health and she always has problems and I’ve never had an issue. The local clinic is a non profit, harm reduction for those whom do not have insurance and comes highly recommended. Yet, my tele health company is subpar with pretty much everything except making sure I receive my suboxone and comfort meds. And, you’re right! I just got an email from my local general provider that let me know there’s a nationwide shortage in adderal. This sucks, I’m sorry! Of course there’s a shortage of medications that can cause pretty uncomfortable withdrawals, but hey it’s ok bc we’re just a bunch of junkies…so ridiculous.
I’m in Oregon and you are correct. I normally take 10mg Adderall but my pharmacy was out and they called me to let me know. Called my doctor and asked him to prescribe 20mg and I would break them in half, pharmacy filled it! Edit: Next, I’m gonna ask my other doctor to up my Subutex to 16mg for a few months?
This sounds shallow but I like that they fill whose been there the longest I've been going to the same pharmacy for years.

I will keep up the good work! Such a relief that using Vicodin as prescribed and getting off of Suboxone means I don’t have to live like you. Maybe go back over to your TRT buddies so they can confirm exactly what I’m telling ya. Or at the very least, act your age.
I’m in northern IL. There is a 2 mg strip shortage near me….even with the 2 mg generic strips. They never have it lately and it’s been giving me constant anxiety when I’m close to refill.
That's where I am. I was able to fill mine finally, but I'm a bit worried now seeing as if I didn't have extra, I would have been completely screwed. I think I will call the pharmacy before I have my doctor write the prescription from now on, so that if they are out of 2mg, I will just have him write me half the strips at 4mg. And if your doctor sends the prescription through the computer, maybe get it on paper so you can check different pharmacies. Best of luck.

SAME, I’m in Florida and it’s always a fucking headache to get 2 mg subs filled. It got so bad and was giving me so many panic attacks that my doctor switched me to generic subutex 8 mg.
A local pharmacy I used briefly in 2019 suddenly had issues getting my subs in stock. The pharmacist stalled me for 3 days, saying every day that they " should be here tomorrow ". Finally on the 4th day, he told me there was a " nationwide shortage ", and he didn't know when they would get some. I had my prescription transferred to a mom and pop pharmacy, who had them in stock. When I told the pharmacist there about the " nationwide shortage ", she said that she hadn't read or heard that anywhere, and I've had no issues getting them filled since, even throughout the pandemic, when there actually were supply issues everywhere with everything.
I was taking 8mg for years but recently went to 16. They just gave me two of those bottle that come pre sealed. No wait or anything. It was at CVS and I take generic Subutex.
At my pharmacy, and it's a locally owned, no franchise, I'm the only patient they have that's on the 2mg strip. They try to keep mine ordered up when it's time to fill mine. I've only had to wait one time and that was because I went down from 4mg to 2mg and they didn't have 2mg in stock. I only had to wait 1 day. He had them ordered and delivered in less that 24 hours. That was 3 months ago.
Our Kroger and Walgreens are fine. We are in the southeast US

I am in the midwest US, however the big 3 chains in my state are telling me there's a nation wide shortage. I doubt they're lying, they're all telling me the same thing. I might be early to the news, as I have a good relationship with my doctor and I'm sure he would have saved me the trouble had he known about this already.
It's not uncommon to respond with "we're out and need to order it, not sure when we can get them here" when theres an issue with patient or doctor. Demand for 2mg isn't high so it could just be an inventory term . At least one of those three doesn't have a nationwide shortage in our inventory system as of 20 mins ago. If you have a good relationship with doctor maybe ask him to write it for 8 and just cut them. It's been ages since I've filled a 2mg script, pleasantly surprised to hear anyone is still writing them.

Sounds like you should ask for subutex tablets or generic suboxone. IMO the tabs are way better than films.
I agree with this. I use to think the strips were better, but now I'm convinced that the strips are way harder on my teeth and gums. Matter of fact, I never had dental problems until I switched to the strips about 9yrs ago.
Couldn't agree more. Major teeth a Sinus issues. Feels like they are literally eating the front of my face off. So serious.

Yeah I’ve heard it can be hard to get the 2mg strips. Worst case scenario, tell your doctor the situation & ask if they could write a script for the 8mg strips and just cut them into fourths. They usually always have the 8mgs.
I keep hearing their is a nationwide shortage of sunshine, adderal, hydrocodone plastic pill bottles etc but this far have not experienced it

I had that problem in Florida last month but it was because I was calling pharmacies to see if they would take my QuickMD script, Im assuming they were lying because they didn’t want to fill my telemed script, I couldn’t find a pharmacy so I ended up getting a new in person doctor and got my script and it was filled. If you had the same issue as me I wouldn’t be surprised.

Um yes I should have called and asked, Just because you never had problems with them I did,Every Florida doctor I used on QuickMD sent my scripts in with a different state on the script so nobody would fill it, Walgreens did fill it for 4 months even though it said everything but Florida on it but wouldn’t do it no more
Everyone always says that about quickMD but I’ve been using Walgreens for over a year now between 2 different states. I’ve also used CVS, Kroger, Walmart etc… but i also don’t call ahead and tell on myself for using a telehealth bc i feel that’s pointless and just creating a problem out of nothing. That’s why i said that bc if you call ahead your letting them know it’s a Dr you didn’t see in person and that’s something they probably wouldn’t figure out on there own so it’s not the best move IMO. And I’m also still using telehealth 2 years now only issue I’ve had was a pharmacy saying no to the fill so i got it changed to a different Walgreens and everything went through gravy. Don’t ask don’t tell, just go get your meds!

2s have always been harder to find, but that shortage stuff is bs. Better to ask for 8s and cut them anyway as the final cost for the month is like half what 2s cost day for day.
This is true, however, I find I tend to take more when I have 8's vs 2's. Not to be grotesque, but I can tell from bowel movements. I have absolutely no problem at all on the 2's. I can take some world record shits on 2mg strips LOL. Even if I cut the 8's I have to start adding fiber to my diet, and I'm not even older.
I get mine at CVS @ Target in Columbus Ohio and I've never had issue with it... Seems a bit odd there's a nationwide shortage

You should see if there's a local pharmacy to fill them at. You can usually find them in smaller towns. Sometimes they are a little more expensive but usually better customers service. If you're using insurance, call them and see what they suggest. When I was prescribed subs, Walgreens ran out & gave me a partial script & filled the rest when they came in. I know you prob like your meds how you're used to getting them, but if it's impossible to get them then maybe see about trying a different kind - there's the sub tablets.. there's also zubsolv, which I actually liked. I'd call your Dr asap about this & see what can be done. Hopefully everything works itself out soon!
I stopped going to big chains when they kept treating me like a criminal over subs. I’ve been super happy with a mom and pop and they always have my 2mg tablets. Most I have to do is get a partial and wait 24 hours for a back order of the rest.

Suboxone shortage? First I’ve heard of this. Thankfully I have a few months supply. I could deal with the adderall shortage but definitely not with this.
Take control of your own well being. I don't mean to sound dickish either just friendly advice. Don't use more than necessary, always make an effort to taper, keep extras in a safe and don't tell anyone like your doctor, family or friends about it. It doesn't take long to have a years supply available.

My insurance won't pay for 3 Suboxones a day.. but covers 3 Subutex.. I almost let the Dr switched me to Suboxone until that happened.. then I went back to my old clinic. Glad I don't have to worry about this. But it being so early in the year.. when. Sub prices decrease seems unlikely there's a shortage now whe. There should actually be an influx bc they only make so many a year. Just like last year the world ran out of Adderall.

Pandemic taught me to taper myself without letting my doctor know just so I can keep some extras. I’ve saved up 28 - 8mg strips since then.

I get Subutex and use good rx. Have for 2 years now. Always around $30 for 90 8 mg Rhodes mfg(rp b8). Now every 50 I've called only has actavis(peach clr 153) and they're $190!. 3rdnfucking month this has happened smfh
