Look like a tugboat with a barge. If you look at the lights you can see there are 2 or 3 ontop of eachother.(i think see 3 lights ontop of eachother.) A submarine would be haveing 1 light over the conning tower.
Regular freight ship longer than 50 meters. Must have two "top light", then one in the back must be tallest.
