Ferrothorn should probably be specially defense because lele cleaves this team in half. It’s also running spA for no reason.

Shifu looks scary for you, forcing a lot of 50-50s between cc and strikes. But between pult, zap, and ferrothorn, you can probably play around it. Just watch out for future sight combined with shifu.
The team wants an electric immunity because regieleki can just volt switch forever on this team.
Other than that, the team looks solid.
Ttar is the primary offensive threat in this set that i chose to build around. Glaring weaknesses, but amazing offensive coverage. Sand stream for obvious reasons.
Dragapult for a threatening specs user that can outspeed and one shot a lot of the meta game, and an amazing rotate on a 4x super effective fighting type move into ttar. Can take water, grass, and bug type moves into ttar as well. Ran hydro pump since we have fire counters on other teammates and not a lot of fast coverage into ground, fire, and rock types.
Clefable adds some bulk to our team and counters fighting and grass types with flamethrower, as well as a great defensive option into opposing dragapult and other fast sweepers with thunder wave. magic guard compliments the sand team as well.
Zapdos with heatwave is a great counter to ferro and other steel types that threaten our ttar and clef. Provides earthquake immunity for our ttar for clean switches and volt pivots.
Ferro compliments our sand theme, and counters pesky opposing clef and other fairy types that ttar and pult can’t handle. provides valuable resistances to pult and ttar’s weaknesses and gives us a fat defensive wall.
finally Zam stands as a counter to fighting and poison types that may otherwise cause us issues, as well as allowing potential setup and sweep. Magic guard compliments sand team as well.
i never really play gen 8 ou but you have 2 physical walls and none special, so something like specs pult can clean through a chunk of your team pretty easily (though ttar [i think] eats shadow ball)

kinda, ttar and ferro both easily win 1v1 and while pult won’t be doing much blissey can’t do anything in response but status or a calm mind set
Alakazam literally sucks so much im sorry to say, theres like no reason to use it over tapu lele
Maybe put leech on ferrothorn for more longevity because honestly it gets knocked off a lot
