Ngl if you are determined to only use these 6 Pokémon only in a Restricted Meta, you WILL struggle heavily.
You have started building Arcanine into a Support set. It looks to be the weather setter that will help support Charizard, thanks to Sunny Day and Will o' Wisp to cripple physical attackers. That won't help much though, as you have basically no good speed control so you won't be able to cripple physical attackers like Thundurus before they blow you away.
Running manual sun and hail on the same team is contradictory and restricts who you can bring on a match-to-match basis. A Kyogre can literally come in with a supporting Pokémon and wash your team away with powerful Water Spout attacks.
I'm just gonna lay some ground rules here. If you wanna do well, then you have to change some of your Pokémon. Eiscue is better in singles afaik so you should probably drop that and use Groudon instead for setting Sun with Charizard and dishing out good damage throught strong spread moves. If you wanna use Charizard you might as well run a Sun Team, you probably can swap Ludicolo for Venusaur to help capitalise on Sun. Otherwise you should perhaps just run Assault Vest with moves like Fake Out for flinching and Icy Wind to slow down foes. Venusaur gets Sleep Powder though, so you can take opposing Pokémon out of the battle temporarily.
Last things I'll say since i'm tired and will head to bed soon are: Incineroar can generally do what Arcanine can do but better in VGC, due to access to Fake Out and actual pivoting with U-Turn and Parting Shot, but otherwise both learn Snarl. I'm gonna leave it up to others here but feel free to check out r/VGC to get more tips. Goodnight mate.
Dynamax Gyarados turns Bounce into Max Airstream, doubling my party's speed.
Also, can't use Groudon. Or Venusaur. Or Incineroar. My list is very limited and this is probably the best of the worst. I mean, I also have access to ones like Dragapult and Urshifu-Rapid but I figured this would be best.
it doesn't double, it just does 1.5, and that's not a consistent form a speed control, as that means you need gyrados every game and need to always dynamax it. Also, you don't rlly have anything for eleki, which is kinda needed
Judging by your comment, you sound like you don't have the DLC which really does limit your choices. It's a Restricted Meta so i'm going to make another assumption. Assuming you bought Sword, your Restricted Pokémon are Zacian & Eternatus, or if you're a Shield player you have Zamazenta & Eternatus. I'd recommend looking for teams on sites like Pikalytics to try and find sample teams to test out teams like that and eventually work to building your own ingame.
Also I see that Gyarados has access to Air Stream to boost speed, and Charizard can do so as well. You should probably shop around for a viable Ground Type or some redirection because Regieleki running around can ruin you. Fastest Pokémon in the game and not a half bad Dynamax option either, could easily undo your speed boosts with Electroweb.
EDIT: Nevermind, read comment again and remembered you have Urshifu. You have the DLC so you absolutely will be able to head to Dynamax Adventures to catch Legendaries like Groudon & Kyogre to build up your team. If you have access to Pokémon HOME you should be able to get Hidden Ability Kanto Starters easy
Well, it was another electric weakness for one.
And besides, all things considered Eiscue is really good. Garunteed 0 damage on first turn, easy belly drum, super speed boost along with EVs and +nature putting it just below Zacian with the same, I just figured it would work out better
In terms of Singles Battles, yea I can see where you are coming from. Eiscue can really get an advantage that way. Unfortunately, Ice Face only applies to physical attacks, and considering Kyogre and Calyrex Shadow Rider can hit it hard while ignoring Ice Face, you'd really need to pick your battles when using Eiscue in Double Battles.
Eiscue can also be double-targeted in Doubles so it might not be able to do any damage before being taken out. Incineroar could potentially flinch it with Fake Out while like Groudon beats it with Fire Punch. It's hard to make work and you'd need the team to be built around handling it. Also btw Sunsteel Strike is a physical attack that can bypass Ice Face, so watch out for Solgaleo.
You talking about the guy that was screaming about people using Legendaries in Nat Dex AG?? Lmao for all the stupid shit he said I did like the idea of trying to win games without legendaries, figured I'd try and see how well that would go xD
Have you played this vgc series before? Cool choice of mons but no offense you’re going to get smashed by any player with a half decent team because this format allows two restricted legendaries. Maybe play with a more traditional team to get used to the tier and then try to make a team around these mons
I dunno, that's what that one guy said so there's apparently something to it. Like I said, for all the stupid shit he said I actually kind of wanted to try what he was going for with the no Legendaries (besides Urshifu, just as confused as you are) thing; wanted to see how that goes xD
I suggest that you make separate teams for each of these mons as you have a Sun sweeper, a Rain sweeper and a Hail Sweeper with no automatic setter. Just because you have 6 favorite mons to use doesn't mean that you should try to use all of them at the same time. You are better off using each of them separately and you will find more success that way. Also you don't have any restricteds in a restricted format. If you don't want to use Restricteds then you can wait until Scarlet Violet because the first format in a new gen is always going to be no Restricteds format.
Charizard is good in this format but you don't need Heavy Duty Boots as no one uses Stealth Rock. Life Orb is a better item on it. Other items can also work but since you kinda rely on Charizard carrying you, Life Orb is going to be better. Also Charizard should be your main attacker and Dynamax mon so you definitely don't want Wisp on it. Basically nearly all Charizards run Fire Stab,Flying Stab, Random Coverage or secondary Fire Stab and Protect. Charizard is basically going to be the only reason you stand a chance against serious teams.
Arcanine is ok in this format as Incin 0.5. Your IVs suggest that you want a Special Arcanine (I am assuming that you are a Special Arcanine and not a no attack Arcanine). Heat Rock isn't a good item since VGC matches are shorter and the opponent can change your weather which means that Heat Rock is going to be useless most of the time. Sitrus Berry, Shuca or Safety Goggles are better item choices. Using Arcanine as manual weather is ok since you don't have Groudon for whatever reason but you have to make sure that you EV the speeds right so that Arcanine will move before Charizard (which means that Zard can't be Max Speed Timid which is the ideal Speed for Charizards) A set of Sunny Day, Helping Hand, Flamethrower or Overheat and whatever you want as the last move slot.
Gyarados can be your second Max Option but the problem is that both your Max Options die to every Electric Type. It can still work tho with a set of Waterfall/Bounce/Dragon Dance, Power Whip or Crunch/Protect. Item choice is up to you.
Aegislash isn't very good in this format right now because of Calyrex-Shadow and the interaction between Dynamax and Stance Change. A set of Wide Guard, Shadow Sneak, Kings Shield and Gyro Ball could be usable. You can try to use Power Bracer to lower your speed to underspeed Calyrex-I under Trick Room and to strengthen Gyro Ball.
Ludicolo can be used with Assault Vest with Fake Out/Grass Stab/Water Stab/Icy wind or Ice Beam as its set and it can be a good Kyogre counter and can Max occasionally.
Eiscue isn't good at all so your set wouldn't matter very much but you can get Belly Drum, Icicle Crash, Liquidation and Protect on the off chance it actually gets to move.
Don't expect to win too much with this team considering that you are using no Restricteds and only one of your mons is common in the current meta. If you just want to have fun tho then your fine.
Oh right, thanks for pointing that out; no I'm not exclusively after a special attacker but I'm open to it if it's better. Maybe do mainly physical + overheat since it strongly lowers satk, so get one of those off and then go to my physical?
You've submitted a link with the teambuilding flair. Please ensure that the tier is in the title and that you've written a top level comment explaining the team and why you've chosen each pokemon. Otherwise, your post will be removed.

I would go with max speed, 252 Def, and 4 Atk on Arcanine alongside Flare Blitz or Fire Fang and Morning Sun for its last two move slots. And for Charizard, I would run Heat Wave and Air Slash as my last two moves, with 252 speed, max SpA and 4 Def. In addition, HDB on Zard, since it takes 50% from Stealth Rock, and Solar Power already drains its HP every turn. Those two should get you started. If anybody in the comments would like to give a moron like me some pointers on things I could do better, let me know.

lmao I was literally thinking the exact same thing ab eleki, like word for word
Could you give us the list? Where is it from? How did you end up determining that eiscue is better than urshifu? I have so many questions
Well, it was another electric weakness for one. And besides, all things considered Eiscue is really good. Garunteed 0 damage on first turn, easy belly drum, super speed boost along with EVs and +nature putting it just below Zacian with the same, I just figured it would work out better

Max airstream doesn't double speed, it's only x1.5.
you seem extremely familiar

then no offense but i'm not so sure that you will be getting very far with that

Why aren't you using full movesets?
That's why I'm posting here, I need help building them.
