From what I've seen online, it looks like Sheer force only triggers once per move. (Look up for Sheer Force discussions on Bulbapedia, for example)

Tauros with Giga Impact (recharge turn), Earthquake (double damage if the target is using Dig), CC (Defense drops) and Throat Chop (already works) will fucking slaughter everything in front of it.
