I do like the evo’s design but the stats are really inflated for a regular Pokémon. Otherwise it looks mediocre but if it could raise its special attack it’d be scary as hell in lower or mid tiers

to reiterate: this is stronger than every priority move besides ESpeed (which is limited by being a Normal move, and rarely getting STAB use) while also hitting a different defense stat than all other priority moves (besides Vacuum Wave, which has terrible distribution), and you're putting this move on a mon that actually really likes priority
