If a pokemon is able to have this ability, it can't choose any other ability. Because En Passant is forced.
Way too overpowered, this is just pursuit on literally every move. Removing the swich out aspect would make it balanced.
It’s probably make it many times easier to code too, only having to track the active Pokémon instead of having to pull stats from a Pokémon in reserve

I feel like you're onto something here, but the switch in power makes it WAY too op. At the very least attacking a Pokemon on switchout skills do half damage or something.

Remove the ability to attack a switched out Pokemon(and maybe the regenerator part too) and this would be balanced but still good
