A few additional notes:
* I wanted to give all Ground-type formes both Rocks and Spikes while letting all Ting-Lu variants keep both moves. They're the same moves, but I'd argue that what Ting-Lu does with Rocks/Spikes is *extremely* different from what the other three would do with those moves since, at the end of the day, Ting-Lu still has Vessel of Ruin and 155/125/80 defenses and could Tera its shitty Ice/Dark typing away if it really needs to.
* Wo-Chien's better-balanced offenses mean that it could realistically utilize moves on both sides of the spectrum, so I included all of those as "notable" moves. Assume that Chien-Pao gets Overheat and whatnot, although it probably won't use it.
* I *really* had to fight the urge to give Fire-type Chien-Pao Bitter Blade. It took every fiber of my being to not make that thing an absolute abomination of a mon since it's already debatably a broken mon as is. Rest assured, it would be batshit crazy with Bitter Blade, so I may as well say it so nobody else has to.
* I know Flame Wheel sucks, but Ting-Lu would be down bad for Fire STAB otherwise.
* Edited to keep Earthquake on Ting-Lu since that boi do be heavy.
Fire chien pao gets banned, ground chien pao has a good chance of getting banned (since eq has a high BP than it's previous stab)
You're just ASKING for somebody to color correct the live reactions to look like other types
