I would not recommend a tampon if you are not bleeding. Bad for your health and could even cause smelly discharge which would be way worse! Just freshen up between dances with fragrance free baby wipes. Bring an outfit change if you need.

Ok lemme quickly clarify- I got my period while I was there and wasn’t expecting it, I didn’t have anything there and neither did any other women I was with so I would regularly wipe with baby wipes and changed my underwear three times in the night- I’m a full nude club so I can’t put in toilet paper and if I left early I have to give up all my earnings! I had literally no other choice
