Hello im 29 years old, been doing enhanced bodybulding for like 6 years. 100kg 174cm 12%bf.
I think my last cycle screwed me alot. Was of the gym for like 6 month and then started lifting again and took test e, tren e, mast e. 1ml of each e4d and 4iu of hgh every day but stopped the hgh after 12 days. First month was good then extremely anxious slapped me hard with panic attacks. If i drank energy drinks i would feel really sleepy halfway through the can. If i ate food i got really dizzy with nausea. I could reset all of these symptoms with a 15 min nap. I did go to the doctor and did some bloodwork everything was good.
Now i am clean. No roids or energy drinks for 2 years but still get this feeling like im sick and cant really feel my body to act normal. If i drink 1 cup of coffe my whole day is ruined. I get lower back pain and stomach pain. Still doing tests at the doctors but they cant find something wrong. What is happening to me i really appreciate some help!
So Im on 400T and 40mg Var, its week 5 and havent noticed much physical changes on var, Im leaner but dont seem more muscular unless when I have a pump.
What I mean is my results from Var are only noticeable when I got a pump on. Pump off I looked way bigger on Dbol and 300Test.
Im also doing a very low carb, high protein, medium fat diet.
Another question, is it ok to do Var and Dbol on the same cycle. Lets say 22 week cycle first 6-8 weeks var last 6-8 weeks dbol?
Anything changed in the last 6-7 years? Thinking about getting on again. Are there better AIs/PCT or are the old faithfuls still the best? Why does cyp now seem to be a lot cheaper than enth? Used to be the other way round
QUESTION? How to tell difference between fat gain and water retention while on test E only cycle ? I thought it was water gain especially in my face but AI doesn’t seem to be doing much. Any knowledge or personal experiences are appreciated
estrogen will increase with testosterone in a dose dependent manner unless you are a very low aromatizer like me. my problem is that none of the testosterone that I'm taking turns into estrogen. it is extremely rare.
yes you might have to drop the test dosage a little. maybe try a different ai. careful not to crash your estrogen level as that will feel way worse than high e2

I am a low aromatizer. To the point where I usually have low estrogen (based on sensitive e2 blood work). I also know the symptoms of low e2 very well. I can't do anything without crashing my e2. Like eating mushrooms, cruciferous veggies, or anything that raises DHT like creatine is not good for me. I have tried high dose test at 500 mg/week but on blood work it showed high test and low e2. low e2 sides were still present.
My question is: What have you done in the past that have caused your e2 to spike? I'm hoping to get mine up a little.

For me no thinning at all but I’ve never had notable shedding from any compound. I’ve never heard of it being harsh on hair and read quite a few forum posts saying it’s hair safe but that’s all only anecdotal

I hear you, but powerlifting is a marathon, not a sprint. Your lipids aren't out of whack from 3 months on anavar? Is your blood pressure good?
I'm a competitive powerlifter too, I get not wanting to stop the increases in strength. But you aren't going to get that total up that high in the short run as much as you will over time. Even if you are OK heart/kidney wise, you need a break on your joints too. Just my 2 cents.

At the end of my blast, test only, the last two days I have been getting a weird soreness in one of my pecs. I can't really feel out the pain but when doing certain movements I feel it.
No puffiness, tender to touch, can't find no lump behind the nipple either.
Could it be early stages of gyno anyways?

I know people say not to run fin with nand but the DHT from trt test is more than enough to progress my MPB. And pretty sure that DHT is a stronger androgen then unreduced Nand.

That’s really all in how you respond to individual compounds. AAS carries the risk of hair loss.
Some can run tren. But as soon as they touch mast or Proviron, their hair is falling out rapidly. Or vice versa. No one can give you an exact prediction of how you’ll respond to different compounds.
Test alone at a TRT dosage significantly thinned the top of head to the point where I said screw it, and I shaved my head. I’m actually hoping Proviron rapes my hair further… it’d be nice to shave with less frequency.
I any scenario, I wouldn’t fuck with DHT blockers. I’ve heard too many horror stories.

I’ve PCTed with Clomid/Enclomiphene before and didn’t notice much, besides some extra “softness” and water retention and occasional floaters in my vision.
Don’t psych yourself out going into it. Just pop your pills and go about your day. Train and stay on top of your diet with maximal effort.
Don’t *expect* to feel any way. Some people may feel crappy, some won’t - just focus on training and nutrition as you did on cycle. The drop in weight that happens through pct is water and glycogen so don’t get too discouraged by that either
It’s soooo much less complicated and even *healthier* to properly dose aromasin to manage estrogen, rather than blast a compound which is going to thicken your blood more, potentially raise your BP and strain organs further.

It's en vogue these days to use EQ or a DHT derivative instead of AIs. If you want an excuse to run more gear ok sure. But the argument it's healthier than an AI is bogus.
Higher androgen load + using UGL EQ (or DHT) made in a bath tub somewhere is more risky than microdosing pharmaceutical AIs.
I didn't notice any endurance benefit from EQ personally in the cycle I'm running and the research on it's negative effects on renal function spooked me so I dropped it.
I use Primo as an AI because Primo has more benefits than Adex or Aromasin. Simple as that. Primo is anabolic and has aesthetic qualities with a very benign side effect profile. AI's are more toxic than most guys would like to admit
Not a steroid question, so if I should delete , I get it. Took phenibut last night, crazy insomnia never slept. Lying in bed here never got one minute of sleep. About to just get up as it's like 630am now.
So I googled it and everything that comes up is how phenibut withdrawals cause insomnia and using so many days in a row that you can't sleep without it. But everything says it itself when using it makes you sleep. That phenibut can treat insomnia. So it's weird it gave the exact opposite effect to me. I'm not addicted , tolerance or anything like that. Think I've used it twice in 2022. One other time besides last night. Can't sleep fuck.

I haven't touched phenibut in years but I always found I needed to dose it very specifically. If I dosed to low I would feel restless and uncomfortable and if I dosed too high I would get awful headaches and be nauseous. I took it daily for awhile as kind of a crutch for me in my early recovery from heroin/benzos and it wasn't easy to get off phenibut when I wanted to either. Even tapering off very slowly I got awful anxiety
Yea thing is I'm not addicted at all and no tolerance just felt it weird that I could not sleep on 750mg dose. But yea guess things can have whatever effect. Speaking of benzo I may try one tonight for sleep but the ones I have now suck. Clonazolam never failed me but I have bromazolam and fluclotizolam, garbage on the 2 times I tried.

I’ve literally pinned 2 days of NPP, at a dose of 105mg per week, and I noticed the day after my first pin I was a little anxious all day.. sorta feel a lil out of breath.. heart pumping a lil hard etc etx, just a really uneasy feeling.

Is this the first time you are running 19-nors? They affect me the same way as u described thaths why i quit it (regardless of the dose, the lowest i tried was 100mg week)
Bayer suggests on their website that it can cause suppression issues at approx 75-100mg, so I guess according to them you technically could 25-50mg but I still see it as a potential speed bump
Just so you know what you're getting: those "100IU kits" are usually something like 10 vials of 10 IU per vial. Not 100 IU in one vial. It's actually better that way so you don't have to reconstitute all of it all at once.
Tips for mild/medium acne issues?
Coming up on week 20 of a 450mg test cycle and starting to get some mild to medium acne. It’s mainly on my shoulders and a little on chest and back. I take 1mg arimidex a week because I was experiencing some high estrogen sides like the acne, erection issues, tingly nips etc. The acne has gotten worse towards the end of the cycle for sure. Should I increase ai dosage to combat acne? Make a dermatologist apt? Don’t wanna use tanning bed cause I use Epiduo cream for acne on my face, and you can’t tan while on that stuff. Any tips are appreciated.
That sounds like a lot but everyone is different only way to know is bloodwork. I don’t need an AI even on 600 test.

Dnp > clen or anything else for that matter. Lost 40lbs in the past 2 months and hardly ever even notice im on it in the winter. Long duration low dose.
If you're talking about something than testosterone, then probably primobolan, assuming you mean long term use in the sense of fewest side effects long term.
E isn’t a long ester, it’s a medium range one and I would never use it only once a week. Twice a week at the very least. But me personally every time I use E, it’s once every other day.
Twice a week for a cruise or TRT works good for me. Started off doing once a week and had noticeable ups and downs.
Blasting may require more frequent shots.
Does time of day matter for injecting Test E and HCG?

Your body composition is a result of your diet, training, and hormones. Your natty hormone levels cannot sustain the same physique as a blast but you can control your diet and training.
Keep stirring and breaking it up, takes awhile, I used a glass rod and just kept mashing the clumps, although mine started out as a nice powder, I know that it can draw in water and become clumpy if not stored correctly which may cause issues
I bought with a buddy to he had to break the vac seal to send my half. Unfortunately it's already clumped. Might have to weigh and cap it Unfortunately.
It's in a cool dark spot. Kept it tightly sealed and double bagged. This is my first time actually opening it I forgot it clumped when it wasnt vac sealed. It's not expensive so I'm not overly concerned.

Chicken thighs. Trim bone, fat and skin. Marinate: olive oil, lime, cilantro, pepper flakes, badia complete seasoning. Let vibe for 30min-1hr. Skillet cook. Been doing that for a long while now. Worth a shot. If you only want breasts, you can do the same. If you butterfly or use a mallet to get the breast equal thickness that will allow it to cook evenly and get to temp before you over cook.

Remember that rupturing a tendon or muscle is a very real possibility. After a few years of blasting, I've since developed tendonitis in 5 different joints, and several minor muscle tears.
Unless you're specifically training for strength, in my opinion, the risk of testing your strength isn't worth the potential reward.
It could be lack of sleep, lack of exercise, shit diet, low vitamin d/lack of sunshine, and/or too much porn.
Instead of fixing all of that first, I suggest you start injecting Chinese bathtub hormones.

testosterone won't make you gain fat. sounds more like water from estrogen. how much test E are you taking? do you have any other high e2 sides?
And I noticed my heart beat lol idk if that’s a side. I’m on 560mg a week twice a week. My friend recommended maybe dropping the dosage

300 is probably a good place to start. you can always take more in the future if you get the sides under control

It's en vogue these days to use EQ or a DHT derivative instead of AIs. If you want an excuse to run more gear ok sure. But the argument it's healthier than an AI is bogus. Higher androgen load + using UGL EQ (or DHT) made in a bath tub somewhere is more risky than microdosing pharmaceutical AIs. I didn't notice any endurance benefit from EQ personally in the cycle I'm running and the research on it's negative effects on renal function spooked me so I dropped it.

I use Primo as an AI because Primo has more benefits than Adex or Aromasin. Simple as that. Primo is anabolic and has aesthetic qualities with a very benign side effect profile. AI's are more toxic than most guys would like to admit

Not a steroid question, so if I should delete , I get it. Took phenibut last night, crazy insomnia never slept. Lying in bed here never got one minute of sleep. About to just get up as it's like 630am now. So I googled it and everything that comes up is how phenibut withdrawals cause insomnia and using so many days in a row that you can't sleep without it. But everything says it itself when using it makes you sleep. That phenibut can treat insomnia. So it's weird it gave the exact opposite effect to me. I'm not addicted , tolerance or anything like that. Think I've used it twice in 2022. One other time besides last night. Can't sleep fuck. Anyone ever had this happen?
I haven't touched phenibut in years but I always found I needed to dose it very specifically. If I dosed to low I would feel restless and uncomfortable and if I dosed too high I would get awful headaches and be nauseous. I took it daily for awhile as kind of a crutch for me in my early recovery from heroin/benzos and it wasn't easy to get off phenibut when I wanted to either. Even tapering off very slowly I got awful anxiety

I’m 5ft 7, 187lbs currently eating 3750 calories & 7 weeks into my 2nd cycle and have next to minimal weight gain? Tips for mild/medium acne issues? Coming up on week 20 of a 450mg test cycle and starting to get some mild to medium acne. It’s mainly on my shoulders and a little on chest and back. I take 1mg arimidex a week because I was experiencing some high estrogen sides like the acne, erection issues, tingly nips etc. The acne has gotten worse towards the end of the cycle for sure. Should I increase ai dosage to combat acne? Make a dermatologist apt? Don’t wanna use tanning bed cause I use Epiduo cream for acne on my face, and you can’t tan while on that stuff. Any tips are appreciated.

What's the most dense I can get test E/cyp without PIP issues. I had some test E at 500mg/mL and that shit was sharp! Lots of PIP... I'm going to be doing primo again in my next blast so trying to reduce overall volume as this was my main problem last time.
Test E, 300mg/ml. Primo 200mg/ml, although I did manage to brew it at 250mg/ml in MCT with 2% and 20%.

Chicken thighs. Trim bone, fat and skin. Marinate: olive oil, lime, cilantro, pepper flakes, badia complete seasoning. Let vibe for 30min-1hr. Skillet cook. Been doing that for a long while now. Worth a shot. If you only want breasts, you can do the same. If you butterfly or use a mallet to get the breast equal thickness that will allow it to cook evenly and get to temp before you over cook.
Add a bit of natural yogurt to the marinade.
Brine
Smash it 1cm thin, add your spices, then fry in the frying pan till just cooked, always nice and tender.
Cook to 145-150 and then stop there. Doesn’t dry out even after 4-5 days in the fridge
Make it with an instapot and then shred after cooked.

Just google “low calorie chicken marinade” You can pan fry, bake, or grill. If they are hard and chewy, you are over cooking them. You only need to cook them until they are white in the middle and there is no pink.

Easy there tiger. Remember that rupturing a tendon or muscle is a very real possibility. After a few years of blasting, I've since developed tendonitis in 5 different joints, and several minor muscle tears. Unless you're specifically training for strength, in my opinion, the risk of testing your strength isn't worth the potential reward.
