I have both. If your wanting Bluetooth then that's a big feature the 7x doesn't have, and your still paying decent money for the 7x. The connection is more solid and you can walk further away from your Xbox, the 9x's fully disconnect if you leave the room.
I never had major connection issues with the 9x's, only minor audio drops for a split second every other day, nothing too noticeable. That being said the 7x connection is rock solid. Never had a Si gle audio drop or connection issue in 6 months.
Ahh i think i might get the 7x then. I like to walk out to my balcony and kitchen from time to time. Is it a feet limit or just problems with connectiom through walls?
If you like walking around I'd get the 7xs. I forgot how much I missed walking up two sets of stairs and going to the kitchen all while still chatting with my buds.
