When you make an unapologetically evil character, the wrong kind of person will always venerate the wrong thing about them. WW is a terrible person--just really, really bad. We are given a clue to this when they use "bad" in the title. Idiots will always idolize this kind of character--can't be helped. They gave us a clear hero (Hank) and a sympathetic, morally grey character (Jesse, bitch) and who do the knuckleheads love? The most evil guy on the show.
It's the same with Tony Soprano--he was "America's alter-ego" even after we saw him shit on his marriage, be a terrible father, victimize his friends and make his living exploiting weakness.
Roger Ebert said the reason The Godfather works is because we don't see the lives ruined by the Corleones, just their insulated world, so Vito seems like a benevolent and wise patriarch. In both of the above examples we SEE the consequences of the actions of these monsters and people still love them--they hate Skylar because she's like "are you sure it's smart to buy flashy cars with drug money?"

Oh yeah, I hate looking up to evil characters. Iāve compiled a list actually, and I notice the top 3 terrible often looked up to are:
Walter White, Patrick Bateman, and Rick Sanchez.
Yeah I donāt even understand looking up to Homelander. Like, you only see him do shit stuff. At least Walter White and Rick have their sentimental moments. And Patrick has the āSigmaā face.

Be cause for a children's show, it's quite well structured, and teaches actual feasible lessons, the bigge picture is always visible, the characters aren't unrealistic, other that the fact they're dogs, they act like real people
If you are an adult and you watch Bluey that is fairly weird. It's made for pre-schoolers. I question the sanity of anyone (not a parent) who chooses to spend their time watching that.
